3000r/min0.848.5~50.5Hz空氣冷卻>97%1、 設(shè)計垃圾低位熱值的確定Determinationoflowcalorificvalueofwaste城市垃圾和常規(guī)燃料煤炭、石油、天然氣不同,具有非均質(zhì)性和多變性,且各區(qū)域、各個季節(jié)垃圾變化是很大的,這給垃圾焚燒帶來一定困難。能對垃圾進行焚燒發(fā)電處理,必須具≤3350kJ/kg(800kcal/kg)時,焚燒需助燃,摻煤或燒油助燃。一般認為,垃圾低位發(fā)熱值>5000kJ/kg(1200kcal/kg)3350~8374kJ/kg(800-2000kcal/kg)范圍,垃圾中含水量≤50%。Urbanwasteandconventionalfuelcoal,oil,naturalgasisdifferent,withheterogeneityandvariability,andinvariousregions,seasonalchangesingarbageisverylarge,whichbringssomedifficultiestowasteincineration.Canthegarbageincinerationpowergeneration,musthavecertainconditions:refusetohaveacertaincalorificvalue,whenthegarbageinthelowheatingvalueislessthanorequalto3350kJ/kg(800kcal/kg),needtoburncoalmixedcombustion,combustionorburningoil.Itisgenerallybelievedthatthelowcalorificvalueofgarbage>5000kJ/kg(1200kcal/kg)combustioneffectisbetter.Generalcitygarbagecalorificvaluein3350~8374kJ/kg(800-2000kcal/kg),watercontentofless50%inthegarbage.按處理2x400/20Accordingtothedisposalof2x400tons/daywastepowerplantservicelifeofnotlessthan20years,theefficiencyoftheplantandtheallocationofequipmenttoconsidertherationalityoftheentireoperatingperiodofgarbagecharacteristics.Thecharacteristicofwasteincinerationplantgenerallytakeduringtheoperationofthemiddleperiodasthestandarddisposal,andtakingintoaccounttheoperationbeganintheandlateoperationoflowqualitywasteincinerationplantwiththeimprovementoflivingstandardswillimprovethecalorificvalueofgarbageandhighqualitywaste.Inaddition,thecharacteristicsofgarbagenotonlyvarywithyears,eveninthesameyear,garbagecharacteristicsarealsosignificantlydifferentwiththeseason.Issummergarbagehashighmoisturecontent,lowcalorificvalue,whileinwinter,wastewatercontentislow,highcalorificvalue,betweenspringandautumntwoseasonbetweensummerandwinter.Thewastepowerplantmustdealwithallyearsandallseasongarbage,therefore,generallysetthecalorificvalueofgarbagefor:thedesignoflowcalorificvalueofgarbage,garbagecalorificvalueandlowerlimitoflowcalorificvalueofgarbage.6400kJ/k(1530kcal/kg8580kJ/kg(2050kcal/kg)和4181kJ/kg1000kcal/kg。Thedesignedgarbageheatvalueistentativelysetat6400kJ/kg(1530kcal/kg).Consideringtheseasonalvariationofthecalorificvalueofgarbageisrelativelylarge,inordertoensurethecalorificvalueofgarbageincineratorintherangeofwideandcanbestableinoperation,theupperlimitandthelowerlimitoflowcalorificvalueofgarbagegarbagecalorificvalueweresetas8580kJ/kg(2050kcal/kg)4181kJ/kg(1000kcal/kg).2Determinationoffuelconsumption2-1Twoincinerationlineputintooperationaftertheamountofgarbagedisposalasshownintable2-1.2-1垃圾處理量RefusetreatmentQuatity小時耗量(噸/小日耗量(噸/天)年耗量(萬噸/時)年)入爐垃圾量28.368024.8原生垃圾量33.380029.2注:1)20h730015%計。Note:1)theequivalentdailyutilizationhoursoftheincinerationlinearecalculatedby20h,andtheannualequivalentfullloadutilizationhoursaredeterminedbythe7300hourmeter;and(2)theleachingrateoftheprimaryrefuseleachateisdeterminedby15%.24.32Afterthecompletionofthisproject,thedesignofdailygarbagedisposalcapacityof800t,theprocessingcapacityofabout243thousandand200tons,thebasicprocessingoftheannualamountofgarbage.Projectoverview1、垃圾輸送途徑及方式Waysandmeansofrefusetransportation30~50km專用垃圾環(huán)保運輸車輛。Theprojectisthemunicipalsolidpowergenerationproject,thetransportationofwasteintothefactoryisbythelocalrelevantdepartments,andthroughthesiteoftheroadtrafficnetworkwillbecentralizedtreatmentofurbandomesticwastetotheproject.Thereasonabledistanceis30~50km. 垃圾焚燒系統(tǒng)Wasteincinerationsystem如下所示。Thewasteincinerationsystemisthekeysysteminthefactory,providetheplaceandspacetowastecombustionwasteincinerationsystem,itsstructureandprocesswilldirectlyaffectthestatusofburninggarbageandburningeffect.ThegeneralprocessflowofMSWincinerationsystemisasfollows.Feedsystem1Cranegrabgrabbedthegarbagefromthegarbagestoragepit,intothefeedhopper,loadinghoppercanstoreanhourburned,theamountofgarbage,iscomposedofreplaceablethickeningofthewearplate,inordertoobservethewastemateriallevelinsidethehopperandchute,hopperinstalledcamerasandjunkmateriallevelsensor,andiscombinedwithcranecontrolroomofacomputerscreen.Hopperwithgoodsealingbetweenthechuteandtheflexibleexpansionjointconnection,chutecanwithoutcausingdamagetothehopperdownthehopperwithjunkbypassbreakingdevice.Fallingfunnelofrubbishalongthefeedhopperchute,thepusherintothegarbageandgratepreheatingsection,mechanicalgrateinthehydraulicdrivenbythegarbagebyburningandafterburninginturn.Inordertoguaranteethestabilityofthefeedrateofperunittime,pusherdrivenbyhydraulicpressurehasthefunctionofthedeterminationoffeedchuteatthetopofthecoverwhenstopwillcoverclosed,separateincineratorwithwastestoragepit.Ignitionandcombustionfuel點火燃燒器的作用是焚燒爐在無垃圾狀態(tài)下通過燃油或燃(850℃以上850℃以上。Thefunctionoftheignitionburnerinincineratorisintheconditionofnogarbagebyfueloilorgasmakingfurnaceoutlettemperatureuptotheratedoperatingtemperature(above850℃),andthencan extendthesuspensionofthesmolderingparticlesandtrip,notflammableinthechamberofastoveorfurnacemakeflyashincompletecombustionlossisreduced.220mh1Inthisproject,thehotairabovetheboilerroomistakenasthetwoairmedium,andtheairpreheaterheatedtoabout220DEGC.Thetwoairvolumerequiredforeachincinerationlineisabout5600Nm3/h,andeachincineratorisequippedwith1setsoftwofans.、尾部煙氣排放處理系統(tǒng)Tailgasemissiontreatmentsystem煙氣處理系統(tǒng)采用SNCR爐內(nèi)脫硝系統(tǒng)+半干法煙氣脫酸塔+活性炭噴射吸附系統(tǒng)+布袋除塵器的煙氣凈化工藝。Thefluegaspurificationsystemisadoptedinthefluegastreatmentsystem,whichisaSNCRfurnacedenitrationsystem,asemidryfluegasdesulfurizationtower+activatedcarbonadsorptionsystemandabagfilter.SNCR脫氮系統(tǒng),以尿素溶液為還原劑,反應(yīng)生成N2
