“痹痛洗劑”熏蒸聯(lián)合針刺治療腰椎間盤突出癥（風(fēng)濕熱痹型）的臨床療效觀察摘要

目的：探究“痹痛洗劑”熏蒸聯(lián)合針刺治療腰椎間盤突出癥（風(fēng)濕熱痹型）的臨床療效。

方法：選取123例腰椎間盤突出癥（風(fēng)濕熱痹型）患者，隨機分為治療組和對照組各61例。治療組給予“痹痛洗劑”熏蒸與針刺治療，對照組僅給予傳統(tǒng)針刺治療。對兩組患者的臨床癥狀、脊柱X線片變化、效果和不良反應(yīng)進行觀察比較。

結(jié)果：治療組和對照組的治療總有效率分別為95.1%和77.0%，治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療組的腰椎前后直徑和間隙寬度增大，前彎曲度加深，后彎曲度減小，腰椎間盤進行性突出癥程度減輕，治療后各項指標(biāo)顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療組未出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。

結(jié)論：本研究證明“痹痛洗劑”熏蒸聯(lián)合針刺治療腰椎間盤突出癥（風(fēng)濕熱痹型）具有較好的臨床療效和安全性，值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract

Objective:Toexploretheclinicalefficacyof"BiTongXiJi"fumigationcombinedwithacupunctureinthetreatmentoflumbardischerniation(rheumaticheatbitype).

Methods:Weselected123patientswithlumbardischerniation(rheumaticheatbitype),randomlydividedthemintotreatmentandcontrolgroups,with61patientsineachgroup.Thetreatmentgroupreceived"BiTongXiJi"fumigationcombinedwithacupuncture,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedonlytraditionalacupuncturetreatment.Weobservedandcomparedtheclinicalsymptoms,changesinspinalX-rayfilms,efficacyandadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients.

Results:Totaleffectiveratesofthetreatmentgroupandcontrolgroupwere95.1%and77.0%,respectively.Thetherapeuticeffectofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theanterior-posteriordiameterandintervertebralspaceofthelumbarvertebraeinthetreatmentgroupincreased,theanteriorcurvaturedeepened,theposteriorcurvaturedecreased,andthedegreeoflumbardischerniationdecreasedaftertreatment.Allindicatorsweresignificantlybetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetreatmentgrouphadnosignificantadversereactions.

Conclusion:Thisstudydemonstratedthat"BiTongXiJi"fumigationcombinedwithacupuncturehasgoodclinicalefficacyandsafetyinthetreatmentoflumbardischerniation(rheumaticheatbitype),whichisworthpromotingandapplyinginclinicalpractice.
