后壓漿施工技術(shù)規(guī)范TechnicalSpecificationofPostPressureGrouting一、設(shè)計(jì)design1、對(duì)樁徑800mm樁長(zhǎng)40m采納復(fù)式注漿法即樁端與樁側(cè)注漿法。樁端與樁側(cè)各對(duì)稱安裝二根注漿管。Doublepressuregroutingtobeadoptedfor800mmdia./40mlongpile,i.e.sideandbottomgrouting.Twogroutingpipesshallbearrangedforbottomandsiderespectively.2、注漿位置groutingposition：1）樁端注漿：注漿花管應(yīng)埋入終孔孔底下100-300mm，Bottomgrouting:groutingpipeshouldpenetrate100-300mmbelowthebottomofborehole.2）樁側(cè)注漿：樁長(zhǎng)30m/40m的樁注漿花管應(yīng)設(shè)置在地面下20m/25m處的砂層中，或者15-20m/20-25m處的砂層與粘性土層界面上500mm處，詳細(xì)位置由各區(qū)段工勘探孔及樁鉆進(jìn)時(shí)的反渣狀況綜合推斷確定，同一建（構(gòu)）筑物注漿位置宜相同（詳見附圖二）。Sidegrouting:groutingpipesfor30m/40mpilesshouldbeembeddedinsandstrata20m/25munderground,or500mmabovetheintersectionof15-20m/20-25msiltysandandclaysand.Exactpositionsshallbereasonablydecidedasperout-comingsoilconditionintestboringandactualpiling.Groutingpositionforthesamestructure(building)ispreferablyidentical.(seediagram2)3、注漿管的長(zhǎng)度：由實(shí)際施工的孔深確定，其長(zhǎng)度為實(shí)際孔深+0.6m。Lengthofgroutingpipe:shallbeasperactualboreholedepthandshouldbe0.6mlongerthanboreholedepth.4、注漿管采納DN20、δ=2.75的焊管，相鄰注漿管采納絲扣連接，并用14#鐵絲綁扎固定在鋼筋籠的外側(cè)。注漿管底端用絲堵封閉，距底端400mm長(zhǎng)度范圍內(nèi)對(duì)稱勻稱鉆12個(gè)φ6的注漿孔，用膠帶及圖釘封孔。注漿管頂部應(yīng)高出砼面0.5以上，且高出地面0.2-0.3m。管頂要用絲堵封閉且用不同顏色的膠帶纏繞，將樁底注漿管與樁側(cè)注漿管區(qū)分開來。Groutingpipetype:DN20、δ=2.75weldedpipetobeadopted,andadjacentpipestobeconnectedwiththreadsandtightlyfixedtotheoutersideofrebarcagewith14#galvanizedwire.Bottomendofgroutingpipetobesealedwithplugand12nosofφ6groutingholestobeevenlydrilledwithinthebottom400mmofgroutingpipe,andthesameshouldbesealedwithtapesandthumbnails.Topofgroutingpipeshouldbe0.5maboveconcreteleveland0.2-0.5mabovegroundlevel.Pipetopstobesealedwithplugsandwrappedwithtapesofdifferentcolorstodifferentiatebottomandsidegroutingpipes.5、注漿壓力：樁側(cè)：樁長(zhǎng)30m為1.5MPa，樁長(zhǎng)40m為2.0MPa；樁端：樁長(zhǎng)30m為2.0MPa，樁長(zhǎng)40m為2.5MPa。Groutingpressure：pileside:1.5MPafor30mpilesand2.0Mpafor40mpiles;pilebottom:2.0MPafor30mpilesand2.5for40mpiles.6、注漿材料及注漿量：采納一般42.5級(jí)水泥，每根樁水泥用量暫定為3.0t。初始?jí)簼{時(shí)水灰比為1：1，體積為200L，余下水灰比為08:1。Groutingmaterialandquantity:normalOPC42.5gradecementtobeadoptedand30tofcementforeachpile.Initialgroutingwater-cementratioshouldbe1:1,volumeshouldbe200Landtrailingwater-cementratioshouldbe8:1.7、成樁2天后起先注水打開通道。28天內(nèi)進(jìn)行注漿。Watertobeinjectedintogroutingpipesafter2daysofpileconcretingcompletionsoastocleangroutingpipesandpressuregroutingtobecarriedoutwithin28daysofpilecompletion8、注漿依次：先樁側(cè)后樁底，二者時(shí)間間隔不小于2小時(shí)。先外圍后中間。注漿點(diǎn)距未施工或者正在施工的樁的最小距離為15m。Groutingsequence:firstpilesidesandthenpilebottomandminimum2hoursintervaltobemaintainedbetweenthetwo;firstouterandtheninnerandminimumclearancebetweenpressuregroutingpileandinstallationon-goingpilesshouldbeatleast15m.9、終止注漿條件：采納注漿壓力與注漿量雙控，以注漿量限制為主，注漿壓力限制為輔。Conditionforpressuregroutingsuspension:tworeferencestobeconsidered,i.e.groutingpressureandgroutingquantitywhereasthelattershouldbetakenasprimaryandtheformersecondary.二、范圍scope：1、煙囪基礎(chǔ)（內(nèi)4圈除外）；446根Chimneyfoundation(excludinginner4circles)，total446nos2、全部三個(gè)水塔的環(huán)基基礎(chǔ)；每個(gè)水塔約552根，共1656根RingbeamfoundationofthreeNDCT.EachCT552nos，total1656nos3、其他須要后壓漿的基礎(chǔ)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與業(yè)主協(xié)商確定。Otherfoundationsthatrequirespressuregrouting—tobediscussedwiththeOwneratsite.三、施工方案methodology1、工藝流程techniquesteps：后壓漿工藝流程為：制作壓漿管→安裝壓漿管→檢查壓漿管質(zhì)量→灌注混凝土→打開壓漿管，并做注水試驗(yàn)→配制水泥漿，樁側(cè)壓漿→配制水泥漿，樁底壓漿→養(yǎng)護(hù)。Stepsofpostpressuregrouting:groutingpilefabricationgroutingpipeinstallationgroutingpipequalityinspection-concretingopenpressuregroutingpipeandwaterinjectiontestcementslurrymixingandsidegroutingcementslurrymixingandbottomgroutingcuring2、注漿管制作groutingpipefabrication：1）注漿管材料groutingpipematerial：采納DN20壁厚2.75mm的焊管。WeldedpipeofDN20and2.75mmthick2）注漿管的制作fabriaction：采納車絲機(jī)在焊管的二端車絲，每個(gè)車絲段的長(zhǎng)度為50mm，車出來的絲應(yīng)平正圓滑，不得出現(xiàn)偏絲滑絲，若出現(xiàn)應(yīng)用切割機(jī)將該段切除后重新車絲。車絲后應(yīng)用生膠帶纏繞3-5圈，然后在下節(jié)管的上端安裝直通并擰緊。安裝時(shí)應(yīng)用管鉗擰緊，防止在整個(gè)注漿管管道安裝過程中出現(xiàn)脫離或者是不封閉，導(dǎo)致漏漿現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。同時(shí)依據(jù)實(shí)際孔深制作相應(yīng)的短節(jié)，短節(jié)的二端按上述要求車絲。Threadtobemadeattwoendsofgroutingpipewiththreadingmachinesandlengthofeachthreadshouldbe50mm.Threadsmadeshouldbesmoothandeven,anddistortingorslidingthreadsarenotallowed.Incasedistortedorslidethreadsaremade,thesameshouldbechoppedandremade.Finishedthreadsshouldbewrappedwith3-5roundsofthreadtape,andthenstraightcouplingshallbetightlyfixedtooneendofthepilewithpipewrenchsoastoavoidleakageordisconnectionduringpressuregrouting.Groutingpipesshallbepreparedinviewofpiledepthandthreadsofconnectionsshallbemadeasrequired.3）注漿花制作perforatedgroutingpipe距底端400mm內(nèi)對(duì)稱均布鉆12個(gè)φ6的孔，在每對(duì)孔的斷面用膠帶纏繞3圈，然后將圖釘安放在孔的位置，再在圖釘?shù)耐鈧?cè)用高壓絕緣膠帶繚繞3-5圈（詳見附圖3）。樁底注漿花管底口采納焊接方式將圓鋼車成的圓錐狀絲堵焊牢密封（詳見附圖3）。樁側(cè)注漿花管的底口采納相配套的外絲堵密封。12nosofholestobesymmetricallyandevenlydrilledwithinbottom400mmofgroutingpipeandwrap3-5roundsoftapesaroundeachpairofholesandthenpinthumbnailsattheholes,thenagainwrap3-5roundofhigh-voltageinsulationtapeoutsidethenails(seediagram3).Thebottomofthegroutingpipeshallbesealedwithsuitableexternalplug.3、注漿管的安裝installationofgroutingpipe：1）注漿管位置及長(zhǎng)度的確定groutingpositionandpipelength：（1）樁底注漿管的底端應(yīng)設(shè)置在實(shí)際孔深以下100mm處，注漿花管應(yīng)埋設(shè)在沉渣及孔底原狀土中。長(zhǎng)度為實(shí)際孔深+0.1m。煙囪為41m（-5～-46m），水塔為43.8m（-1～-44.8m）。Bottomgroutingpipeshouldpenetrate100mmunderthebottomofboreholeandperforatedsectionshouldbeembeddedinbottomsediment.Pipeshouldbe0.1mlongerthanactualboreholedepth.（2）樁側(cè)注漿管應(yīng)設(shè)置在距設(shè)計(jì)樁底標(biāo)高約15m處的粉砂層中。長(zhǎng)度為25m+樁位處自然地面至設(shè)計(jì)樁頂?shù)木嚯x。煙囪（-5～-29m）與水塔（-1～-25m）均為24m。Sidegroutingpipeshouldbeembeddedinsiltysand15mabovedesignpilebottom.Thelengthofgroutingpipeshouldbe25mplusthedistancebetweengroundelevationanddesignpipetopelevation.（3）同一斷面上樁底注漿管與樁側(cè)注漿管應(yīng)對(duì)稱均布。Bottomgroutingpipeandsidesgroutingpipeonthesamesectionshouldbearrangedsymmetrically.2）注漿管安裝groutingpipeinstallation：（1）二次清孔期間，應(yīng)將注漿管運(yùn)到樁孔旁邊，并依據(jù)實(shí)際孔深按上述要求核算注漿管的長(zhǎng)度，無誤后方可安裝。Duringsecondtimeflushing,groutingpipesshouldbegatheredaroundborehole.Groutingpipelengthshouldbecalculatedexactlyaccordingtoactualboreholedepthandbeloweredaftersoundconfirmation.（2）注漿的安裝與鋼筋籠的安放同時(shí)進(jìn)行。樁底注漿管底部500mm處應(yīng)內(nèi)折15°防止在注漿管下放過程中掛碰孔壁。Groutingpipeshouldbeloweredtogetherwithrebarcage.Groutingpipeshouldbebendedinwardwith15-25°angleat500mmabovepipeendtoavoidclashingwithboreholesideswhilelowering.（3）注漿管與鋼筋籠的主筋采納14#鐵絲綁扎固定。注漿管綁扎在鋼筋籠的外側(cè)。樁底注漿管的底部15m范圍內(nèi)每2m設(shè)一綁扎點(diǎn)，其余部位及樁側(cè)注漿管每4m設(shè)一綁扎點(diǎn)。Groutingpipeshouldbefixedwithmainreinforcementbarusing14#galvanizedwire.Groutingpipeshouldbefixedoutsideofcage.Bottomgroutingpipeshouldbefixedeverytwometerswithcagewithinthebottom15m,andremainingpartandsidegroutingpipestobefixedwithcageevery4meters.（4）相鄰上下節(jié)注漿管采納帶絲扣的直通連接，安裝時(shí)應(yīng)用管鉗擰緊，防止在整個(gè)注漿管管道安裝過程中出現(xiàn)脫離或者是不密實(shí)導(dǎo)致漏漿現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。Adjacenttwogroutingpipesshallbetightlyconnectedwithstraightcouplingusingpipewrenchsoastoavoiddisconnectionorleakageduringgrouting.（5）在鋼筋籠孔口搭接前，應(yīng)對(duì)壓漿管進(jìn)行注水，檢查其密封性，當(dāng)壓漿導(dǎo)管內(nèi)注滿清水后，水面能夠保持穩(wěn)定且不升降，證明密封完好。否則，提起鋼筋籠檢查漏水緣由，滿意要求后方可下另一節(jié)籠，下籠時(shí)要緩緩放入，嚴(yán)禁用力墩下或者扭動(dòng)。Whenlappingrebarcagesatborehole,watershouldbeinjectedtogroutingpipetocheckitsimperviousness.Thesamecanbeconfirmediflevelofcleanwateringroutingpiperemainssteady.Otherwise,cageshouldbeliftedtofindoutleakingpoints,afterwhichthenextsectionofcagecanbelowered.Cageshouldbeloweredwithcareandjerkingorsuddenfreefallisnotallowed.（6）下籠結(jié)束后，在壓漿管上口擰上堵頭，以免雜物掉入壓漿導(dǎo)管內(nèi)而使管路不暢。并用不同顏色的油漆將樁底注漿管與樁側(cè)注漿管區(qū)分開來，以免混淆。Afterfullcageislowered,groutingpipetopopeningshouldbesealedtoavoidforeignstufffromfallinginandblockage.Exposedgroutingpipesshouldbepaintedwithdifferentcolorstodifferentiatebottomandsidegroutingpipes.4、注漿pressure-grouting1）注漿設(shè)備：Groutingequipments（1）采納SNS-6/10注漿泵，注漿額定壓力為10MPa，額定流量為100L/min。（2）壓漿泵控監(jiān)測(cè)壓力表為2.5級(jí)16MPa抗震壓力表。(3)漿液攪拌機(jī)為與注漿泵相匹配的YJ-340型液漿攪拌機(jī)，容積為0.34m3，功率4kW。(4)水泥漿液的輸漿管應(yīng)采納高壓流體泵送軟管，額定壓力不小于20MPa。1)UseSNS-6/10groutingpump,groutingratedpressure10MPa,ratedflow100L/min.2)PressuregaugeforgroutingpumpshallbeGrade2.516MPaseismicpressuregauge.3)GroutingbatchingmachineisYJ-340batchingmachinewhichmatcheswithgroutingpump,Volumeof0.34m3,power4kW.4)Grouttransmissionpipeshallbehighpressureflow-pumpedsoftpipe,ratedpressureshallbeminimum20MPa.2）注漿材料及注漿量：groutingmaterialandvolume（1）采納PPC或OPC42.5水泥，每根樁水泥用量暫定為2-3.0t，其中樁端水泥用量約為2.0t，樁側(cè)水泥用量約為1.0t。合理的壓漿量應(yīng)由樁端、端側(cè)土層類別、滲透性能、樁徑、樁長(zhǎng)、承載力增幅要求、沉渣量有泥皮厚度等諸因素確定。在實(shí)際施工過程中,須要依據(jù)壓水試驗(yàn)狀況及壓漿過程中的反應(yīng)適當(dāng)高速注入量,并通過對(duì)壓漿壓力、漿液濃度、壓漿方法諸因素的調(diào)控,將所需壓漿量限制在設(shè)計(jì)要求的范圍內(nèi)。一般漿液濃度和灌漿量大,灌漿壓力高,加固效果更好。UsePPCorOPC42.5cement.Volumeforeachpiletemporarilyshallbe2-3.0t,amongwhichabout2.0ttobeappliedatpilebottomandabout1.0ttobeappliedatpileside.Rightgroutingvolumeshallbefixedaccordingtopilebottom&sideearthcatalogue,permeability,piledia,piledepth,increasingcapacityrequirement,sedimentthicknessetcotherfactors.Duringactualconstruction,properamountofgroutshallbepouredathighspeedbasedonpressure-wateringtestconditionandpressure-groutingprocessreaction.Also,requiredgroutingvolumeshallbekeptasperdesignrequirementthroughadjustmentofgroutingpressure,groutdensityandgroutingmethodologyetc.Usually,reinforcingeffectwillbebetterunderhighdensity,largevolumeandhighgroutingpressure.（2）初始?jí)簼{時(shí)水灰比為1：1，體積為200L，余下水灰比為0.6:1。泵送流量限制在2.0m3/h左右。不同濃度的泥漿體其特性有所不同：稀泥漿(水灰比約為1-0.8：1)便于輸送,滲透實(shí)力強(qiáng),用于加固預(yù)定范圍的周邊地帶；中等濃度泥漿體(水灰比約為0.6：1)主要加固預(yù)定范圍內(nèi)的核心部分,在這里中等濃度泥漿體起填充、壓實(shí)、擠密作用；而濃泥漿(水灰比為0.4：1)的灌注則對(duì)已注入的泥漿體起脫水作用。不同階段,調(diào)配不同濃度的壓漿漿液,并采納相應(yīng)的壓漿壓力,漿液濃度限制原則為：依據(jù)壓水試驗(yàn)狀況選擇初注濃度,通常先用稀泥漿、隨后漸濃,最終壓濃漿。在可灌的條件下,盡量多用中等濃度以上的漿液,以防漿液作無效擴(kuò)散。Atinitialstage,watercementratioshallbe1：1,volume200L;followingwatercementratioshallbe0.6:1.Pumpedflowshallbecontrolledaround2.0m3/h.Characteristicsofdifferentdensitygroutdiffers:thingrout(watercementratioabout1-0.8:1)iseasyfortransmissionwithhighpermeabilityandisappliedfor
