Steps:

Cutoutthewordcardsbeforeclass.Donotmixupthewordcardsindifferentsentences.

Dividetheclassintogroupsof10pupils.Choosealeaderforeachgroup.Giveeachgroupacopyoftheworksheet.

Showonesetofwordcardstothepupilsusingthevisualiser.

Thepupilsineachgroupworktogethertorearrangethewordsinthecorrectorderandwritethesentenceontheworksheet.

Askthegroupleaderstoputuptheirhandsoncetheirgrouphaswrittendownthecorrectsentence.Thegroupleaderwhoisthequickesttoraisehis/herhandcanthenreadouttheiranswerafteryouhavesignalledhim/hertospeak.Thegroupwinsonepointforacorrectsentence.Iftheansweriswrong,thegrouplosesthechancetoscoreandothergroupscantry.
