第一條合同標的和價格

________外貿公司在____國界車上交貨條件下按本合同附件1向________公司提供商品。商品以美元計價，系____國界車上交貨價，包括包皮、包裝和標記的費用。

第二條供貨期

第四條包裝

賣方應在包裝貨物時采取所有預防措施以保證貨物在儲存、海運、陸運、吊裝時完好無損。

第五條商品的品質和保證

所供商品的品質應由品質證明書加以確認，該證書確認商品品質符合生產(chǎn)國的技術條件和國家標準。

所供商品的品質性能應與標準樣品相一致，標準樣品在簽定合同時交給買方，在保證期內留存買方并在對供貨品質發(fā)生爭議的情況下供雙方使用。

保證期為供貨后9個月。

第六條索賠

購方可按________________（兩國貿易文件或協(xié)定）所規(guī)定的期限和程序在下列方面提出索賠。

貨物的數(shù)量

如貨物數(shù)量與明細單注明的數(shù)量不符，在包裝完整和沒有外部損傷（內部短缺）的情況下，購方有權憑檢驗證書提出索賠。

貨物的質量
