7.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanydelayorfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,strikes,andgovernmentactions.

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
