Firstly,althoughtheglobaleconomyhaswalkedoutofthecrisis,therecoveryremainsweakandfragileforlackofgrowthengines.Weareinanurgentneedofnewsourcesofgrowthtotaketheglobaleconomytoanewroundofprosperity.//

Secondly,reformoftheglobaleconomicgovernanceinrecentyearshassufferedsetbacksandinternationaleconomicandtraderuleshavebeenevolvingmorerapidly.//Weneedtomakecoordinatedandconcertedeffortstoguideinternationaleconomiccooperation.//
