RentalAgreement

ThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetweenthefollowingparties:

1.Premises

TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyrentsfromtheLandlord,thefollowingdescribedpremises(the"Premises"):[Detailedaddressoftherentalproperty,includingunitnumberifapplicable].

2.Term

Thetermofthislease(the"Term")shallcommenceon[startdate]andshallexpireon[enddate].

3.Rent

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[amountinfigures]([amountinwords]),payableinadvanceonorbeforethe[duedate]ofeachmonth.Rentshallbepaidby[paymentmethod,e.g.,check,banktransfer]totheLandlordatthefollowingaddress:[Paymentaddress].

4.SecurityDeposit

TheTenantshalldepositwiththeLandlord,assecurityforthefaithfulperformanceoftheTenant'sobligationsunderthisAgreement,thesumof[amountinfigures]([amountinwords])(the"SecurityDeposit").TheSecurityDepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithin[numberofdays]daysaftertheexpirationoftheTerm,providedthatthePremisesareleftinthesameconditionaswhenreceived,normalwearandtearexcepted.

5.UseofPremises

ThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyasaprivatedwellingbytheTenantandtheTenant'simmediatefamilymembers.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanycommercialorillegalpurposes.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

TheTenantshallkeepthePremisesclean,safe,andingoodorder.MinorrepairsandmaintenanceshallbetheresponsibilityoftheTenant.However,formajorrepairs(costingover[amount]),theLandlordshallbenotifiedpromptly.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforstructuralrepairsandmaintenanceofcommonareas.

7.Utilities

TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilities,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,andinternet,thatareconsumedduringtheTerm.

8.Insurance

TheTenantisresponsibleforobtainingandmaintainingrenter'sinsurancetocoverpersonalproperty,liability,andotherpotentiallossesduringtheleaseterm.TheLandlordshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagetotheTenant'spersonalproperty.

9.Subletting

TheTenantshallnotsubletorassignanypartofthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

10.Termination

EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupon[numberofdays]dayswrittennoticetotheotherpartyintheeventofamaterialbreachofthisAgreementbytheotherparty.Inaddition,theLandlordmayterminatetheAgreementwith[numberofdays]dayswrittennoticeintheeventofnon-paymentofrentfor[numberofconsecutivedays].

11.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[state/country].

12.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.
