主講人:趙慧、楊國星TianjinLightIndustryVocationalTechnicalCollegeContentsandDrawingMethodofAssemblyDrawingsIntroductionAnassemblydrawingisadiagramthatexpressestheworkingprinciple,structuralperformance,andtheassemblyandconnectionrelationshipsofvariouspartswithinamachine(orcomponent).Duringproductdesign,theassemblydrawingisfirstcreatedaccordingtothedesignintent,andthenthepartdrawingsaremade.Inproductmanufacturing,partsarefirstprocessedbasedonthepartdrawingsandthenassembledintocomponentsormachinesaccordingtotheassemblydrawing.Theassemblydrawingservesasthebasisforpartdesign,theformulationofassemblyprocessregulations,aswellasanessentialdocumentforassembly,debugging,inspection,andmaintenance.Itisanimportanttechnicaldocumentforexpressingdesignideasandguidingproduction.IntroductionMainContentContentoftheAssemblyDrawingDrawingMethodoftheAssemblyDrawingMainContentPartIContentoftheAssemblyDrawingPARTIContentoftheAssemblyDrawing(1)AsetofviewsAsetofviewsisusedtorepresenttheworkingprincipleofthemachineorcomponent,therelativepositionsofeachpart,theassemblyrelationship,thestructureofimportantparts,andthetransmissionpath,etc.Differentmethodssuchasviews,sectionviews,detailedviews,andenlargedpartialviewscanbeusedtoexpressthese.ContentoftheAssemblyDrawing(2)NecessarydimensionsTheassemblydrawingshouldincludethespecifications(performance)dimensionsofthemachineorcomponent,fitdimensions,installationdimensions,externaldimensions,andanyotherimportantdimensionsdeterminedduringthedesignprocess.(3)TechnicalrequirementsTechnicalrequirementsaredescribedusingtextorsymbolstospecifyconditionsorrequirementsrelatedtotheassembly,installation,inspection,oroperationofthemachineorcomponent.(4)PartnumbersanditemizedlistEachdifferentpart(orcomponent)shouldbeassignedapartnumber,andanitemizedlistshouldbecreatedabovethetitleblock.Thelistshouldincludethepartnumber,name,quantity,material,andotherrelevantdetails.(5)TitleblockThetitleblockcontainsthefollowinginformation:thenameofthemachineorcomponent,scale,drawingnumber,andsignaturesofthedesigner,drafter,andreviewer,alongwiththedate.PartIIDrawingMethodsofAssemblyDrawingsPARTIIDrawingMethodsofAssemblyDrawingsPrescribedDrawingMethodsforAssemblyDrawingsSimplifiedDrawingMethodsforAssemblyDrawingsDrawingMethodsofAssemblyDrawingsSpecialDrawingMethodsforAssemblyDrawingsDrawingMethodsofAssemblyDrawings
