ThestudyshowsthattrustisthestrongestpredictorofAIuseandacceptance,earnedthroughtransparency,

IfpeoplearewillingtotrustAIsystems,theyaremorelikelytoacceptandapproveoftheuseofAIinsocietyandatwork.

However,asthestudyfindingsreveal,thereiscurrentlyatrustdeficit—54percentoftherespondentssay

theyarewaryofAI,andtheperceivedtrustworthinessofAIsystemshasfallenfrom63percentin2022to

56percentinthe2024survey—whichisacauseforconcernamongmanybusinessleaders.
