Q/SZJ191001-2017懸置靜態(tài)安裝力計(jì)算分析規(guī)范SpecificationofCalculationforStaticMountForces20XX20XX-12-31實(shí)施20XX-11-27發(fā)布XXXX汽車工程技術(shù)有限公司發(fā)布Q/SZXX-X-2017懸置靜態(tài)安裝力計(jì)算分析規(guī)范范圍本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了懸置靜態(tài)安裝力計(jì)算分析的方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于CAE部門懸置靜態(tài)安裝力計(jì)算分析。規(guī)范性引用文件無。術(shù)語和定義無。摘要Abstract在總裝過程中,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)首先是安裝左右懸置兩個(gè)點(diǎn),而前后懸置點(diǎn)是自由釋放的。這種狀態(tài)下,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)自重會(huì)導(dǎo)致左右懸置產(chǎn)生彈性變形,更重要的是由于不平衡會(huì)導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)向前或向后翻轉(zhuǎn)。由于總裝時(shí)這種情況的發(fā)生,就需要計(jì)算此狀態(tài)下的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)位置和相應(yīng)的安裝點(diǎn)力。如果在第三個(gè)懸置點(diǎn)預(yù)加載,也可以計(jì)算得到在這些零件接地連接時(shí),需要加載多大的扭矩。Duringthefinalassemblytheengineisfirstsetonbothlateralenginemountswhilefrontandrearmountarestillleftfree.Theweightoftheenginewillcausesomeelasticdeformation.Itisimportanttoknowforreasonsofequilibriumifbothlateralmountstakemoreorlessthesamepartoftheweightloadandiftheenginewillrollforwardorbackward.Forthisreason,thefinalpositionoftheengineandthemountforcesarecalculatedunderstaticweightload.Ifdesiredthepreloadofathirdenginemountrespectivelyoneormoretorquestructscanbedeterminedinasecondrunwiththesecomponentsconnectedtothegroundtoo.流程圖無。工具描述ToolDescription仿真分析過程中需要用到的如下軟件:Thefollowingsoftwarefacilitatestheanalyticalsimulationprocess:前處理(Preprocessors):Hypermesh求解器(AnalysisCode):Nastran后處理(Postprocessors):HyperView建模和分析過程Modeling/AnalysisProcedure單位Units分析中所用單位制如下所示:Theunitsusedintheanalysisareasfollows:力(Force)
