Reading

marathon

brought

back

a

flood

memories

from

my

first

marathon.

It

was

an

experience

that

I

will

truly

never

forget

as

long

as

I

live.

I'll

sum

it

up

by

saying

this:

my

first

marathon

was

the

toughest

physical

challenge

of

my

life

and

I

was

not

prepared

for

all

of

the

things

that

my

body

would

do

and

feel

during

the

race.

I

was

living

in

Birmingham

at

the

time.

My

parents

came

to

Birmingham

for

the

race

weekend

and

my

best

friend

Meghan

called

to

encourage

me.

Several

of

my

co-workers

were

doing

the

half

marathon

and

we

all

planned

to

meet

up

before

the

race

and

to

run

the

half

together.

It

was

so

nice

to

have

friends

to

run

thefirst

half

of

the

race

with.

It

was

a

great

distraction

to

chat

and

really

motivating

to

have

friends

running

alongside

me.

The

crowd

support

was

also

great

in

the

first

loop

around

the

course.

I

was

all

smiles

when

I

broke

off

from

my

friends

at

mile

12.I

met

my

family

and

friends

to

pick

up

my

iPod

since

I

ran

without

it

for

the

first

half

of

the

race.

At

this

point

I

felt

like

I

really

needed

to

find

a

restroom

but

it

was

a

couple

of

miles

before

that

happened.

My

stomach

was

really

starting

to

suffer

at

this

point

in

the

race.

By

mile

15

my

body

was

still

hanging

strong

(minus

the

stomach

issues)

but

my

mental

state

was

starting

to

slip.

My

hands

were

swelling

so

I

handed

off

my

rings

to

my

dad.

I

was

pretty

much

running

on

my

own

at

this

point

since

the

majority

of

the

racers

were

half

marathoners.

There

were

long

stretches

during

the

race

where

I

was

running

solo

through

the

downtown

industrial

streets

of

Birmingham.

One

thing

that

saved

me

was

how

much

I

was

able

to

see

my

family

on

the

course.

They

were

amazing

and

managed

to

catch

me

at

least

5-6

times.

This

is

a

benefit

of

a

smaller

race

and

a

double

loop

讀后續(xù)寫要求續(xù)寫內(nèi)容和所給短文是一脈相承的,那么最好的方式就是呼應(yīng)所給短文中的細(xì)節(jié)。抓住可以呼應(yīng)的細(xì)節(jié),有助于我們打開思路,而且有些時候,前文的細(xì)節(jié)對續(xù)寫部分會起到限定作用,忽略了重要的細(xì)節(jié),很可能導(dǎo)致“故事續(xù)寫”變成前后矛盾的“續(xù)寫事故”。

找準(zhǔn)伏筆,續(xù)寫照應(yīng)。什么是伏筆?什么是照應(yīng)?作者在文章的什么地方設(shè)置伏筆與照應(yīng)?伏筆與照應(yīng)在讀后續(xù)寫中的作用是什么?典例1(2023·新高考卷)——作者參加寫作比賽

“自然有效地使用了段落間、語句間連接成分,全文結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,前后呼應(yīng),意義連貫”是讀后續(xù)寫最高檔水平的評分細(xì)則之一。根據(jù)此標(biāo)準(zhǔn),考生在備考時必須注意從以下幾處設(shè)計續(xù)寫語言:首句接續(xù)、情節(jié)敘述、細(xì)節(jié)描寫、段落過渡和故事結(jié)尾。本講主要從首句接續(xù)、段落過渡和故事結(jié)尾三個方面講解。(一)首句接續(xù)
