........................................................................................20參考文獻(xiàn).............................................................................................................................21附錄.................................................................................................................................22目錄設(shè)計(jì)總說(shuō)明本課題是由湛江德利化油器廠(chǎng)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)課題,汽車(chē)配件是重要的制造產(chǎn)業(yè),其中汽車(chē)的鋁合金配件制造時(shí)一個(gè)技術(shù)性很強(qiáng)的行業(yè)。本題目正是研究汽車(chē)?yán)锩嬉粋€(gè)閥體的鋁合金壓鑄模具設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)國(guó)家相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和德利化油器廠(chǎng)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范進(jìn)行相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)本設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)模具的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)模具的功能和模具的壽命進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)該壓鑄模具設(shè)計(jì)的全面要求是:能生產(chǎn)出在尺寸精度,外觀,物理性能等方面均達(dá)到要求的產(chǎn)品。要求模具的使用效率高、操作簡(jiǎn)便;模具的結(jié)構(gòu)合理,制造容易,成本低廉。壓鑄模具影響著塑料制品的質(zhì)量。模具型腔的形狀、尺寸、表面光潔度、分型面、進(jìn)澆口和排氣槽位置以及脫模方式等對(duì)制件的尺寸精度和形狀精度以及制件的物理性能、機(jī)械性能、電性能、內(nèi)應(yīng)力大小、各向同向性、外觀質(zhì)量、表面光潔度、氣泡、凹痕、燒焦、銀紋等都有十分重要的影響。鑄件在加工過(guò)程中,模具結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)操作難易程度影響很大。在大批量生產(chǎn)鋁合金制品時(shí),應(yīng)盡量減少開(kāi)模,合模和取制件過(guò)程中的手工勞動(dòng),采用自動(dòng)開(kāi)合模和自動(dòng)頂出機(jī)構(gòu),并要保證制件能自動(dòng)從模具上脫落。模具費(fèi)用在制品成本中所占的比例將會(huì)很大,以及盡可能地采用結(jié)構(gòu)合理而簡(jiǎn)單的模具,以降低成本等,本設(shè)計(jì)就是要解決好上述問(wèn)題。關(guān)鍵詞:汽車(chē)行業(yè);壓鑄模具;壽命;質(zhì)量ABSTRACTINTRODUCTIONThistopicistheactualproductionplantZhanjiangDenicarburetortopicsautopartsmanufacturingindustryisimportant,thealuminumalloyautomobilepartsmanufacturing,ahighlytechnicalindustry.Thistopicisastudyvehicleinsidethealuminumalloydie-castingmoulddesignThrottle.DesignbasisMainlytothedesignofstructuralcomponentsofthedesign,layoutstructureisbasedonthefunctionalcomponentsoflifeandmoulddesign,theoveralldemandfordie-castingcomponentsare:toproduceprecisioninsize,appearance,physicalcapabilities,andotheraspectsoftherequiredqualityproducts.Totheuseofwarningforhighefficiency,automation,operate;Advancedmanufacturingfromtheperspectiveofrequirementsstructured,easytomanufacture,lowcost.Die-castingmoldsaffectthequalityplasticproducts.First,theinstrumentmouldcavityshape,size,surfacesmoothness,sub-typeface,chinrunnerandexhaustductslocationanddrawingofpatternswaystocopysizeaccuracyandshapeprecisionandhardphysicalperformance,mechanicalproperties,electricalproperties,whichstresssize,withthesexual,exteriorquality,surfacesmoothness,bubble,dents,charandsilverpatterns,andothershaveimportantimplications.KEYWORDS:Car;Die-casting;Throttle;Quality
