附錄英文翻譯Leverbodyisa500t,600t,800t,1300t,2000tmechanicalpressonanimportantcomponentmoldclampingbodyparts,isthecompanyskeyprojecttrial.Currently,foreign-madeleverbodyisformedinthedieforginghammer,forginginternalqualityandappearancethanthoseofgoodquality.Forgingabroadasdomesticmanufacturersdonothavethecondition,onlyinthefreeforginghammerontheshape,qualityishardtomeetthedesignrequirements.Astheleverbodypartssurfacemore,ifcompletelyrelyonforming,notonlydifficultprocess,andpresentmaterialwaste,processingcycles,highcosts;Inaddition,aslevershapedbodyofworkloadislarge,themechanicalperformancerequirementsofmaterialshigher.Theprocessformingtheleverbody,theCentralDepartmentoffiberunreasonablydifficulttoguaranteequalityoftheworkleverbody.Thus,accordingtotechnicalconditionsexistingprogramstodetermineforgingmanufacturingwithmembranesandtoidentifywiththelocalcombinationofforgingandfreeforgingmethods.Usingsuchaforgingprocesshasthefollowingadvantages:(1)leveragewiththelocalbodyaftertheringDieDepartmentoffibersreasonabletoensurethequalityforgings;(2),comparedwiththeoverallforging,dielength,1.9timesshorter,themodulesmallsize,lowcost;(3)cangainleverageinthe400kgpneumatichammerdirectlyonthemolding,toimproveefficiency.Incontrast,theoveralldieforginghammerblowinthe400kgpre-forging,pneumatichammer,shapingthe3t,moduleslargehighlaborintensity,lowefficiency;(4)plusthefreeuseoflocalForgingProcess,productionpreparationperiodisshort,canquicklyformaproductioncapacity;(5)reducedcolddifficulty,shortenedprocessingcycles,savingprocessingcosts.Therefore,theuseoflocalplusfreeforgingdieforgingprocessschemecanonlyguaranteethequalityforgings,whileheadofproductionefficiency,andcostadvantages.Butthematerialsandmanufacturingprocessesonthenextblankrequirementsmorestringent,throughbatchexperiments,thefinalintheactualproductionhasbeensuccessful.Punchingdeviceisacolossal,sophisticatednationaldefensebuilding,inparticularthebasisofcurrencysuchastheautomotiveindustrytoequipandstrategicindustry.Geartransmissionsystemisamechanicalpressstampingequipment,particularlyintheimportantparts.Inthemechanicalpress,theimpactloadisthemainformloads,geartransmissionsystemforthestrengthofthishasimportantimplications.Therefore,theimpactofmeshinggearsunderloadbyalotofattention.Mechanicalpressmechanicaltransmission,mainlythroughpressureonthemetalsprocessing.Thesoilinthemetalmachiningprocessisoftenaccompaniedbyintensepressurechanges,sothattransmissionsystemtowithstandshockloading.Mostmechanicalpressdrivesystemcomposedbythegear.Undertakeninavarietyofmechanicalpressprocessing,thesoilpressureincreaseoradecreasewiththetrip,inthepartoftheworkareawillmaintainacertainpressure.Whichthereforelegitimatesoilshearprocessingthemostintensepressure,measuredexperimentallyinaseriesofmeasurementpointstontimesLagrangeinterpolationpolynomialcurvefitting.Impactloadisthestampingdevicesufferedamajortypeofloadingisanimportantfactoraffectthegeartransmissionsystem.Thispaperanalyzestheformofstampingequipmentload,andthroughtheestablishmentoftheimpactloadcurvefittingexpression.Hertztheoryofelasticcollisionsubsequentlyestablishedonthebasisoftheimpactloadsofgearmeshingforceunderthesimulationmodel,simulationofthegearmeshingforce,andtheimpactofdifferentpeakloadsmeshingforcewerestudied,andsimulationresultsanalysis.Simulationresultsshowthattheimpactloadofgearmeshingforcehasasignificantimpact.Whichshowedacyclicaloscillationstableloadcharacteristics,andimpactloadstypeaffectedtheformofthegearmesh,andJapanastheloadincreases,theamplitudeoffastdecayinthepeaksection,decayrateincreasesasthepeakloadspeed.Meanwhile,thegearmeshingforcetoenterandexittheworkareaatthestageofpresentationoftheoscillationpeakschanges.Pressurecharacteristicsoftheseoscillationsforthegearstrengthgreaterimpact.Inthegeardesignprocess,accordingtothesimulationresults,combinedwithdynamicloadcalculationmethodtoestimatecanbemoreprecisegeardynamicloadfactor,usefactorandothergearstrengthcalculationofkeyparameters,andthus10gearstrengthdesignisanimportantreferencevalue.Thisissimilartothemechanicalpresstoimpactload-basedgeartransmissionsystem,thedesignoftheimprovedtransmissionsystemhasanimportantreference.Althoughtheproducthasthestructureofthedomesticmechanicalpressdesignhasbecomerelativelyhot,butinitsdesignanddevelopment,asthedesignersnegligenceandmisunderstanding,aswellasproductsusedintheprocessofunderstandingoftechnicalrequirementsandcharacteristicsofsmallpermeability,lackofknowledge.Thiswilloccuroftenalackofconsiderationorerroronthepressandultimatelyleadtoqualityproblems.Designdefectsandimprovements:(1).Presscrankshaftsupportatthedesignflaw:theoriginaldesignofthecrankshaftissupportedatbothendsfixed.fig.1Improvementmeasures:conventionaldesign,thegeneralbearingofthesupportshaftwiththerearaxlecanbefreetoconsidertheheatexpansion.Therefore,abearingisstationaryandtheotherintheaxialbearingsmusthavethepossibilityofexpansion.Similarly,thecrankshaft,becausetherelationshipbetweenthetemperatureonlyatoneendofthecrankshaftbearingwaslimitedtolocation,theothermustbeleftask
