28、采用交流單相220V50Hz10A電源。接線口為三線，請接置設(shè)備右后側(cè)的三芯插口上。開機前請確認(rèn)設(shè)備可靠接地。12(開關(guān)功能12.1 漏電保護開關(guān)安裝在右側(cè)控制箱內(nèi)板上，有電源控制開關(guān)、傳動控制電源開關(guān)、涂膠棍控制24V電源控制開關(guān)，開機前必須同時合上四組開關(guān)機器才能正常運轉(zhuǎn)。12.2 電源開關(guān)電源開關(guān)是用來控制設(shè)備運行用直流電源的開關(guān)。按下電源開關(guān)，打開電源，電源指示燈亮，開關(guān)電源已接通電源，此時可以進行工作。按下電源開關(guān)按鈕，關(guān)閉電源，電源指示燈滅。12.3 急停緊急停止開關(guān)。在工作的過程中，遇到緊急情況，按下開its/units:160hours4,major:automobilemai

43、輥壓力大小15(維護與保養(yǎng)為了保證TY-TF660A型涂膠片機長期穩(wěn)定地工作，最大限度地發(fā)揮機器的效能，在日常使用及檢修中應(yīng)注意以下幾點:1(保持涂膠機的清潔，特別是涂膠輥要保持干凈，經(jīng)常用溶劑清潔膠輥表面的雜質(zhì)和粉塵。2(在日常使用和檢修中，不能將螺釘和硬質(zhì)物體掉落在涂膠輥上，不要劃傷和碰傷涂膠輥表面。3(每個工作日后要徹底清洗上下涂膠輥和勻膠輪表面,特別是涂膠輥紋路中不可遺留殘余油墨.4(每個工作日后要徹底清洗抽膠泵，不能留有殘余膠液。5(有相對運動的零部件之間要保證運動靈活，潤滑良好。6(各零部件聯(lián)接處的螺栓不能有松動現(xiàn)象，如有松動，應(yīng)及時擰緊。its/units:160hours4,m
