2、則倆月,多則兩年,風(fēng)雨無(wú)阻,坎坷的征途上,雖曾有過(guò)失敗的淚水,但最終收獲了成功的喜悅。我很欣慰,95%的初三孩子最終取得了優(yōu)異的成績(jī),李想同學(xué)考取了119分,取得了北京市英語(yǔ)單科狀元,實(shí)在難得。還有一批學(xué)生在116,114,112的高分,也非易事。因?yàn)椋宜拥倪@些學(xué)生,原來(lái)都是中下等或者落后的學(xué)生。我很欣慰,被名校簽約的學(xué)生中,我的學(xué)生有好幾位。比如,八中分校的朱宸來(lái)被八中本部簽約。更有拒絕學(xué)生簽約,非要自己考,而且最終考出優(yōu)異成績(jī)的朝陽(yáng)工大附中學(xué)生蔡雨汀。我很欣慰,我的學(xué)生里有只學(xué)英語(yǔ)三四年就被美國(guó)兩所中學(xué)錄取的,他是理工附分校的學(xué)生程驛涵。我很欣慰,為一模65多,二模57多,最終中考考了

3、93的睿瀅同學(xué)。為初二時(shí)還是五六十多分,經(jīng)過(guò)兩年、一年的輔導(dǎo),到了中考得了102,103分的同學(xué),他們是西外的黃旭鑫和三帆的張新宇。說(shuō)實(shí)話,幫助一個(gè)學(xué)弱生比我教出一個(gè)狀元我還高興。我一直認(rèn)為:雪中送炭比錦上添花更有意義。我很慶幸,今年的中考作文題建議信又成功被我壓中。建議信作文是我給每個(gè)孩子第一節(jié)課都要教的作文,也是我最后領(lǐng)學(xué)生練的壓軸作文的第一梯隊(duì)的第四篇。去年曾經(jīng)在考前兩天組織學(xué)生練世博會(huì)給上海交通帶來(lái)的變化,而去年中考考的就是北京公交的變化。成功的路不是一帆風(fēng)順的,在我們學(xué)習(xí)的路上,有的人的成績(jī)?cè)?jīng)出現(xiàn)過(guò)一次倒退,兩次不理想。但是,我們并沒(méi)有放棄。這時(shí)候,我會(huì)承擔(dān)責(zé)任,自責(zé)自己。但是家長(zhǎng)

10、00開(kāi)外,殺入了年級(jí)三十名左右。而且穩(wěn)定住了。年后因太忙采用的是網(wǎng)上輔導(dǎo),孩子很令老師放心,本學(xué)期開(kāi)學(xué)考了班級(jí)第一名,年級(jí)25名,這次期末考了年級(jí)22名。(家長(zhǎng)發(fā)的短信都留著呢) 2011年6月29日?qǐng)?bào)喜短信:“非常感謝!金哲毅年級(jí)排名22名,謝謝您的教育和幫助?!?#160; 賈老師的“五位一體三步走三承諾”教學(xué)特色(一)“五位一體”的輔導(dǎo)資料我的教學(xué)資料是五位一體,涵蓋中考說(shuō)明的全部考點(diǎn)和中考十大題型解題技巧訓(xùn)練,既有教案,又有學(xué)案四位指每一次上課,都有這四樣資料:1、有老師講義。 這個(gè)講義,就是課堂進(jìn)程的實(shí)錄。老師說(shuō)的每一句話,對(duì)每一個(gè)知識(shí)要點(diǎn)的解釋都在上面,方便于學(xué)

11、生以后的復(fù)習(xí)。2. 有學(xué)案。這個(gè)學(xué)案,就是知識(shí)要點(diǎn)和課堂練習(xí)題。這樣便于在課上的講練結(jié)合。3、有三套測(cè)試題。學(xué)前測(cè)試題,學(xué)后測(cè)試題,課后作業(yè)題。這些試題選題典型,幾乎百分百選自于中考真題。4、有防遺忘知識(shí)清單。學(xué)生其實(shí)都是在課堂上已經(jīng)背會(huì)了知識(shí)點(diǎn),但不可能是一勞永逸的,因?yàn)槿硕紩?huì)遺忘的,只是快慢而已。賈老師根據(jù)中學(xué)生的遺忘規(guī)律,制定了復(fù)習(xí)規(guī)劃,以保證記憶效果。5、有PPT課件。賈老師的每一次中考專題講解都有精美的PPT課件, 這樣的教學(xué),不僅容量大,而且更加形象生動(dòng),讓學(xué)生收獲更多。 (二)“三步走”的課堂進(jìn)程 賈老師的每一節(jié)的上課流程都分三步:第一步:學(xué)前測(cè)試。測(cè)出學(xué)生的原始水平,讓學(xué)生看到

12、自己的不足。第二步:上課環(huán)節(jié)。聽(tīng)老師講解,并讓學(xué)生在課堂上就理解、背會(huì)所有知識(shí)點(diǎn)。第三步:學(xué)后測(cè)試。測(cè)出學(xué)生的學(xué)后水平,和學(xué)前測(cè)試的成績(jī)相對(duì)比,讓學(xué)生的進(jìn)步自己看得見(jiàn),并用達(dá)到量化形式反映出學(xué)生進(jìn)步,從而樹(shù)立學(xué)生的自信心和自豪感。讓學(xué)生吶喊:“這節(jié)課我學(xué)透了,我進(jìn)步很多奧,原來(lái)英語(yǔ)提分這么容易,Everything is so easy! 舉例來(lái)說(shuō):學(xué)生的學(xué)前測(cè)試如果是40分,講后的學(xué)后測(cè)試如果是50分,60分,那是不收學(xué)費(fèi)的,因?yàn)檫@進(jìn)步效果很小。只有達(dá)到了80分,甚至90分以上才會(huì)收學(xué)費(fèi)。讓家長(zhǎng)放心。(三)“三承諾”的質(zhì)量保證 現(xiàn)在的學(xué)生做題,很多學(xué)生是語(yǔ)法欠缺,有的是蒙對(duì)了,有的是憑感覺(jué)作

13、對(duì)了,但不知道為什么這樣做。這就僅憑感覺(jué),知其然,卻不知所以然。根本原因是語(yǔ)法功底不扎實(shí),很多中等生的成績(jī)始終原地踏步、停滯不前,就是這個(gè)原因。賈老師不僅讓學(xué)生做題時(shí),知其然并知其所以然,更要讓學(xué)生能像老師一樣把語(yǔ)法闡述得頭頭是道。1、聽(tīng)得懂。聽(tīng)得懂,聽(tīng)地輕松,這是最基本的前提。2、背得會(huì)。聽(tīng)得如癡如醉,課后一問(wèn)什么也不會(huì),那是白費(fèi)。學(xué)生在賈老師的課上會(huì)背會(huì)全部知識(shí)點(diǎn),當(dāng)節(jié)所學(xué),當(dāng)節(jié)消化。3、會(huì)做題。只會(huì)死背語(yǔ)法,而不會(huì)運(yùn)用于做題,那是紙上談兵無(wú)用功。賈老師要讓學(xué)生學(xué)一講,透一講,并會(huì)做和這一講有關(guān)的全部中考題。講解以后,各大書(shū)店的參考書(shū)隨便買,學(xué)生會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),相關(guān)的考題都會(huì)做了。 比如: 我能讓
