2、研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用分析、觀察、詢問、嘗試的方法，從技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)性、商業(yè)模式、用戶價(jià)值三者結(jié)合的角度獲得創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)或者服務(wù)課程簡介講授系統(tǒng)概念和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的方法。同時(shí)根據(jù)制定的校企合作題目并將學(xué)生分組，在課程的實(shí)施過程中，和設(shè)計(jì)的課題相結(jié)合指導(dǎo)學(xué)生制定設(shè)計(jì)研究計(jì)劃，教授用戶調(diào)研和訪談的工具方法，并讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行多輪次的設(shè)計(jì)原型構(gòu)建-測試，通過快速迭代形成設(shè)計(jì)解決方案。最終以課程公開匯報(bào)的方式以小組為單位展示設(shè)計(jì)成果。具體要求：了解產(chǎn)品和與之形成的系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的背景；聯(lián)系實(shí)際課題進(jìn)行用戶研究；積極參與案例分析與陳述；掌握視覺化、圖示化、故事板等設(shè)計(jì)情境生成方法。學(xué)習(xí)良好的溝通技巧和進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)匯報(bào)的能力。主要
