1、CKE項目梯形排水土溝施工方案針對CKE項目梯形排水土溝的施工，特編制如下施工方案，對土溝施工提出如=護坡道施工4護坡道急流槽施工= 總體驗收梯形排水土溝施工工藝及流程（見圖 1.）施工準備Kd測量放樁L=溝槽開挖Z圖1梯形排水土溝施工工藝流程在路基排水施工中，對全線路基排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計核查是否完備和妥善，全線土溝 施工應(yīng)分段劃分，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際情況，確定排水方向。使項目全線的水溝、管道、 橋涵組成完整的排水系統(tǒng)。測量放線：測量人員根據(jù)圖紙放出排水溝定位線，用石灰撒出開挖線。土溝開挖：根據(jù)放出的開挖線，按照土溝設(shè)計尺寸開挖，保證土溝上口寬度、 下口寬度及深度滿足設(shè)計要求。土溝線形要求平順，盡可能采用

2、直線型，轉(zhuǎn)彎處宜 做成弧形，但轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑不宜過小，保證線形美觀。土溝施工采用挖掘機開挖，開挖 材料可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況用于護坡道施工，多余材料采用自卸汽車運走。護坡道施工：護坡道的寬度在滿足圖紙設(shè)計要求的2米寬度下盡可能窄，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況將護坡平臺整平，護坡平臺高度不宜填筑過高，過高的段落降低平臺高度 保證與土溝順接。同時護坡道施工將采用合適的填料，MCC填筑施工便道所用的材料用于護坡道施工是可以滿足要求的，粒徑過大的石頭將采用人工進行清除。同時 護坡道采用挖掘機的鏟斗、履帶進行整平及壓實。護坡道急流槽與土溝的連接：護坡道急流槽施工方法要求參加路基邊坡急流槽 施工，特別要求護坡道急流槽在混凝土墊層澆筑前

3、必須用小型振動設(shè)備對基底進行 夯實。急流槽的高程參照護坡平臺高程，為防止沖刷，護坡平臺與急流槽頂面、急 流槽出水口與土溝連接處做好順接。土溝靠近急流槽出水口一側(cè)采用砂漿抹面?？傮w驗收：土溝開挖、護坡平臺整平及平臺急流槽安裝完成后，由作業(yè)隊統(tǒng)一 分段進行報檢驗收，確保每段施工不留尾項，保證土溝尺寸、線形符合要求，護坡 平臺整平無雜物，平臺與急流槽、急流槽與土溝之間順接美觀。驗收合格后方可進 行下一步工序施工。質(zhì)量管理部根據(jù)驗收合格的段落、技術(shù)部根據(jù)驗收資料歸檔情 況進行計量。施工質(zhì)量控制標準施工控制質(zhì)量標準根據(jù)規(guī)范說明參照 JTGF80-1-2004公路工程質(zhì)量檢驗評定標 準（土建工程）第5章第
