《銀行XX分行零售業(yè)務(wù)部年終總結(jié)匯報(bào)》銀行XX分行零售業(yè)務(wù)部年終總結(jié)報(bào)告銀行XX分行零售業(yè)務(wù)部年終總結(jié)報(bào)告20XX年以來,在分行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的正確帶領(lǐng)和上級(jí)行專業(yè)部門的認(rèn)真指導(dǎo)下,我部堅(jiān)持以市場為導(dǎo)向,以經(jīng)濟(jì)效益為心,以組織資金,拓展市場,調(diào)整資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu),培植黃金客戶,尋求贏利最大化為目標(biāo),踏踏實(shí)實(shí),攻克難關(guān),較圓滿地完成了本年度的各項(xiàng)工作。一、主要工作業(yè)績和工作亮點(diǎn)(一)主要業(yè)績1、儲(chǔ)蓄存款方面:截止11月末,儲(chǔ)蓄存款余額達(dá)24.87億元,較年初凈增4.31億元,較上年同期增加了3.25億元,完成年度計(jì)劃的102.62%。2、儲(chǔ)蓄存款有效客戶數(shù):截至20XX年11月末,分行有效客戶數(shù)593XX戶,較年初55015戶新增4299戶,完成20XX年新增計(jì)劃(7000戶)的61.41%。3、信用卡發(fā)卡數(shù)指標(biāo):截至20XX年11月末,XX分行新增信用卡發(fā)卡數(shù)4394張,超額完成總行經(jīng)營指標(biāo)(4800張)的92%;與此同時(shí),XX分行信用卡不良額99萬,未超過總行下達(dá)的信用卡不良限額150萬元指標(biāo);不良率未超過總行下達(dá)的不良率2%,僅為1.86%.4、收單業(yè)務(wù)新增特約商戶數(shù)指標(biāo):截Module2ArtsandcraftsOxfordEnglishUnit
