五味子、關(guān)防風(fēng)中殘留農(nóng)藥對(duì)乳腺癌細(xì)胞的影響摘要

目的:探討五味子、關(guān)防風(fēng)中殘留農(nóng)藥對(duì)乳腺癌細(xì)胞的影響,為防治乳腺癌提供參考。

方法:采用細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)方法,利用MTT法檢測(cè)草藥和殘留農(nóng)藥對(duì)MCF-7和MDA-MB-231乳腺癌細(xì)胞的抑制率,并利用免疫印跡法檢測(cè)草藥對(duì)乳腺癌細(xì)胞的P53和Bcl-2等蛋白表達(dá)的影響。

結(jié)果:測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),高劑量的五味子和關(guān)防風(fēng)對(duì)MCF-7和MDA-MB-231乳腺癌細(xì)胞均有顯著的抑制作用,其中以關(guān)防風(fēng)的抑制作用更為明顯。免疫印跡法分析表明,五味子和關(guān)防風(fēng)在高劑量下均能顯著提高P53蛋白的表達(dá),并抑制Bcl-2蛋白的表達(dá)。然而,在低劑量下,五味子和關(guān)防風(fēng)的作用并不顯著。

結(jié)論:五味子和關(guān)防風(fēng)對(duì)乳腺癌細(xì)胞具有一定的抑制作用,且高劑量的五味子和關(guān)防風(fēng)能通過(guò)提高P53蛋白表達(dá)和抑制Bcl-2蛋白表達(dá)的方式誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡。但需注意的是,若存在農(nóng)藥污染,其對(duì)草藥抗癌作用的影響需加以注意。

Abstract:

Objective:ToinvestigatetheimpactofresidualpesticidesinSchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricataonbreastcancercells,inordertoprovidereferenceforthepreventionandtreatmentofbreastcancer.

Methods:TheMTTassaywasusedtodetecttheinhibitionrateofherbsandresidualpesticidesonMCF-7andMDA-MB-231breastcancercells.TheWesternblotwasusedtodetecttheimpactofherbsontheexpressionofP53andBcl-2proteinsinbreastcancercells.

Results:High-doseSchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricataexhibitedsignificantlyinhibitoryeffectonbothMCF-7andMDA-MB-231breastcancercells,inwhichtheinhibitoryeffectofSaposhnikoviadivaricatawasmoresignificant.TheWesternblotanalysisshowedthathigh-doseSchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricatacouldsignificantlyincreasetheexpressionofP53proteinandinhibittheexpressionofBcl-2protein.However,inlowdoses,theeffectsofSchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricatawerenotsignificant.

Conclusion:SchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricatahavecertaininhibitoryeffectsonbreastcancercells,andhigh-doseSchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricatacaninducecellapoptosisbyincreasingtheexpressionofP53proteinandinhibitingtheexpressionofBcl-2protein.However,theimpactofpesticidecontaminationontheanticancereffectofherbsneedstobetakenintoconsideration.

SchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricataaretwoherbalplantsthathavereceivedincreasingattentionfortheirpotentialanti-cancerproperties.Bothherbshavebeenshowntohaveinhibitoryeffectsonbreastcancercells.SchisandrachinensisisatraditionalChinesemedicinethathasbeenusedforthousandsofyearsforitsdiversepharmacologicalproperties.Saposhnikoviadivaricata,alsoknownasFangFeng,hasbeenusedintraditionalChinesemedicinefortreatingrheumatism,coughandotherdiseases.

StudieshaveshownthathighdosesofSchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricatacaninducecellapoptosisbyincreasingtheexpressionofP53proteinandinhibitingtheexpressionofBcl-2protein.P53isawell-knowntumorsuppressorgenethatplaysanimportantroleintheregulationofcellcycleandapoptosis.Bcl-2,ontheotherhand,isananti-apoptoticproteinthatpromotescellsurvival.

However,theimpactofpesticidecontaminationontheanti-cancereffectoftheseherbsneedstobetakenintoconsideration.Pesticideresidueshavebeenfoundinmanyherbalproducts,andsomepesticideshavebeenlinkedtoanincreasedriskofcancer.Itisimportanttoensurethattheseherbsareproperlygrown,harvestedandprocessedinordertominimizetheriskofcontamination.

Inconclusion,SchisandrachinensisandSaposhnikoviadivaricataholdpotentialasalternativetherapiesforbreastcancerduetotheirpotentialanti-cancerproperties.However,theirefficacyneedstobefurtherstudied,andtheimpactofpesticidecontaminationneedstobecarefullyconsideredAdditionally,itisimportanttoconsiderthepotentialsideeffectsandinteractionswithothermedicationswhenusingtheseherbsasalternativetherapies.Someindividualsmayexperienceallergicreactionsoradverseeffectswhenconsumingtheseherbs.Itisrecommendedtoconsultwithahealthcareprofessionalbeforeusinganyalternativetherapies,includingherbalsupplements.
