3、本科及以上學歷，已完成學制并持有相關畢業(yè)證件;

4、具備良好的團隊精神，協(xié)調(diào)實力強，具有肯定的抗壓實力。

職位描述：

職責描述：

1）組織制定產(chǎn)品工藝流程、工藝標準、作業(yè)指導書、技術和平安操作流程；

2）負責工藝管理部的技術改進（包括科研開發(fā)、科技攻關、合理化建議和標準化管理等）項目的開展與實施管理工作，確保本部門技術發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性；

3）建立和完善產(chǎn)品技術管理制度和程序；

4）定期組織對車間的工藝流程、產(chǎn)品技術指標等進行綜合評估；

5）對生產(chǎn)工藝研發(fā)成員進行技術指導和培訓，提高成員的工藝水平和實力。

任職要求：

1）40歲以下，全日制大專以上學歷。

2）三年以上知名定制家具企業(yè)工藝工程師、工藝主管、工藝經(jīng)理任職閱歷；

3）熟識定制家具板材技術特點、生產(chǎn)工藝，以及加工流程，擅長依據(jù)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝特點、產(chǎn)品技術提出合理化建議；

4）擅長建立和完善生產(chǎn)工藝技術管理制度，曾有勝利建立體系者優(yōu)先考慮；

5）思維嚴謹，具有較強的邏輯實力、分析實力、改善實力、培訓實力、推廣實力、管理實力、溝通實力。
