崗位職責:

1、負責工藝路途管理和作業(yè)標準化的建立和維護;

2、負責新工藝、新技術的npi導入;

3、負責基地技術部的日常管理工作。

任職要求:

1、質(zhì)量管理體系、試驗設計doe、精益生產(chǎn)、六西格瑪、spc等;

2、光伏行業(yè)技術崗位10年以上工作閱歷;

3、本科及以上學歷,已完成學制并持有相關畢業(yè)證件;

4、具備良好的團隊精神,協(xié)調(diào)實力強,具有肯定的抗壓實力。

崗位職責:

職位描述:

職責描述:

1)組織制定產(chǎn)品工藝流程、工藝標準、作業(yè)指導書、技術和平安操作流程;

2)負責工藝管理部的技術改進(包括科研開發(fā)、科技攻關、合理化建議和標準化管理等)項目的開展與實施管理工作,確保本部門技術發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性;

3)建立和完善產(chǎn)品技術管理制度和程序;

4)定期組織對車間的工藝流程、產(chǎn)品技術指標等進行綜合評估;

5)對生產(chǎn)工藝研發(fā)成員進行技術指導和培訓,提高成員的工藝水平和實力。

任職要求:

1)40歲以下,全日制大專以上學歷。

2)三年以上知名定制家具企業(yè)工藝工程師、工藝主管、工藝經(jīng)理任職閱歷;

3)熟識定制家具板材技術特點、生產(chǎn)工藝,以及加工流程,擅長依據(jù)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝特點、產(chǎn)品技術提出合理化建議;

4)擅長建立和完善生產(chǎn)工藝技術管理制度,曾有勝利建立體系者優(yōu)先考慮;

5)思維嚴謹,具有較強的邏輯實力、分析實力、改善實力、培訓實力、推廣實力、管理實力、溝通實力。
