sample,這樣就可避免交貨時可能產生的質量方面的糾紛,畢竟交付的貨物無法與樣品一模一樣。84.具體(Concreteness)商務信函必須避免采用模糊、大概和抽象的詞語和語句,應盡量運用具體的事實和數字,一般使用主動語態(tài)來陳述內容。5.禮貌(Courtesy)在商務信函的寫作過程中,及時是禮貌之首。此外,應避免使用可能激怒、傷害對方的言辭或語氣,語調上要盡可能站在客戶的立場上做到互惠互利。例如:Thank

寫恰如其分的句子和段落,另一方面還必須運用恰當有效的信函格式。英文商務信函有三種常用的格式:縮行式(the
indented
form),齊頭式(the
block
form)和修正齊頭式(the
modified
block
