概述………2功能及特點(diǎn)………………2技術(shù)指標(biāo)…………………3工作原理…………………3操作說明安裝說明其他注意事項(xiàng)L110其他注意事項(xiàng)L110CONTENTS1TOC\o"1-5"\h\z\o"CurrentDocument"Summarize 11\o"CurrentDocument"Functionandcharacteristic 11\o"CurrentDocument"Technologyindex 13Operatingprinciple 13Handleexplanation 15Assembleexplanation 22Othermattersneedingattention 23鉆機(jī)游車高度數(shù)顯防碰儀使用說明書概述鉆機(jī)游車高度數(shù)顯防碰儀是在吸收了國內(nèi)外電子行業(yè)微電腦控制方面的先進(jìn)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,以人機(jī)智能化控制程序,并結(jié)合各油田現(xiàn)場的特殊環(huán)境而研制開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的??娠@示油車運(yùn)行的位置高度,提供上防碰預(yù)警信號(hào),還增加了大鉤運(yùn)行速度、時(shí)間顯示等功能,來保證大鉤在設(shè)定的區(qū)域內(nèi)安全運(yùn)行。功能及特點(diǎn)?實(shí)時(shí)顯示大鉤相對(duì)于鉆臺(tái)面的高度,同時(shí)用模擬高度直觀的顯示大鉤所處的位置。當(dāng)大鉤達(dá)到設(shè)定的預(yù)警高度時(shí),進(jìn)行聲光報(bào)警,當(dāng)達(dá)到設(shè)定的防碰高度的時(shí)候,在聲光報(bào)警的同時(shí),還提供剎車控制信號(hào)。采用大尺寸的LCD顯示屏,顯示運(yùn)行的高度值。采用中英文兩種語言顯示,友好的人機(jī)界面,可使用戶根據(jù)屏上的提示,快速操作和正確使用儀表。除了顯示高度外,還提供了時(shí)間顯示和鉤速顯示,為司鉆提供便利。采用了不銹鋼觸摸鍵盤,美觀大方,防水密封,操作可靠,壽命長,故障少。采用拉紋不銹鋼作為面版,整體效果好,美觀大方。?傳感器采用特殊電路和機(jī)械加工,工作穩(wěn)定。技術(shù)指標(biāo)?咼度顯示范圍:-4z40.00米?模擬顯示范圍:-4~35.00米?防碰咼度設(shè)定范圍:0~35.00米?預(yù)警距離設(shè)定范圍:2~9米防碰輸出:DC24V輸入電源:AC200V±15%50z60HZ?功率消耗:<15W?使用溫度范圍:-20°C-80°C工作原理鉆機(jī)游車咼度數(shù)顯防碰儀是石油鉆機(jī)大鉤運(yùn)行咼度指示與防碰控制的自動(dòng)監(jiān)控裝置。微電腦控制器可以通過輸入的初始參數(shù):滾筒直徑、滾筒有效長度、鋼絲繩直徑、滑輪組數(shù),計(jì)算出滾筒每層平均纏繩圈數(shù)。通過輸入的操作參數(shù):初始層數(shù)和初始層圈數(shù),以及由傳感器得到滾筒的角位移計(jì)算出滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)當(dāng)前纏繩直徑下大鉤的運(yùn)行行程。初始狀態(tài),微電腦控制器要求輸入大鉤在鉆臺(tái)面咼度下滾筒軸上的鋼絲繩層和圈數(shù),傳感器采集滾筒角位移信號(hào),輸入中央控制器的微電腦芯片,經(jīng)過計(jì)算后,得到大鉤的運(yùn)行咼度,并在柱狀液晶與字符液晶屏中顯示即時(shí)的模擬與數(shù)字的大鉤咼度,且與事先已設(shè)定上防碰咼度比較,當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)報(bào)警線時(shí)開始報(bào)警,到達(dá)上防碰位置時(shí)給電-氣控制閥發(fā)出接通信號(hào),電-氣控制閥導(dǎo)通控制防碰機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作,實(shí)現(xiàn)防碰安全操作。操作說明1?開機(jī)連接好傳感器電纜和電源電纜,按“電源”鍵,打開,如下圖:語言選擇LanguagechoiceT:中文Chinese專:英文English看到上面的畫面時(shí),按上鍵或著下鍵,選擇需要的語言。2?正常工作界面語言選擇完后,就進(jìn)入了正常的工作界面,如下圖:O―03月閃日恤00両7高度二power-00.00米CTUpf鉤速f0*00米/秒丨Q)1檢定'L屮set
