1.進(jìn)行多相催化項目的研究與開發(fā)。

2.進(jìn)行催化劑的實驗室制備與工業(yè)放大。

3.進(jìn)行催化劑的活性評價、性質(zhì)表征、數(shù)據(jù)分析與總結(jié)。

4.參加催化劑單管試驗/中試試驗。

5.理解并執(zhí)行具體研發(fā)方案,能對技術(shù)方案提出建議。

6.完成上級安排的其他研發(fā)任務(wù)。

7.有高通量技術(shù)開發(fā)催化劑的經(jīng)歷更佳。

:

1.化學(xué)、化工、材料化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)歷,3年以上多相催化領(lǐng)域研發(fā)經(jīng)驗。具有豐富催化劑實驗室開發(fā)和工業(yè)試驗經(jīng)驗者學(xué)歷要求可適當(dāng)放寬。

2.具有扎實的催化劑制備、活性評價和表征分析相關(guān)知識和研發(fā)經(jīng)驗。具有工業(yè)催化劑放大經(jīng)驗和工業(yè)中試經(jīng)驗的更佳。

3.具有良好的科研能力、分析問題、解決問題的能力。

4.良好的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力。

催化設(shè)備工程師崗位職責(zé)

1、精通活性炭吸附脫附、催化燃燒設(shè)備;2、具備獨(dú)立設(shè)計出圖紙的能力;3、從事廢氣、通風(fēng)等工程設(shè)計、工藝安裝、施工圖繪制等經(jīng)驗:4、包括活性炭吸附再生回收(蒸汽再生,熱空氣再生,熱氮?dú)庠偕?、活性炭(纖維,顆粒)吸附濃縮焚燒(催化燃燒,蓄熱焚燒),可單獨(dú)進(jìn)行工程技術(shù)方案設(shè)計的能力;5.具有5年及以上催化燃燒設(shè)備設(shè)計方面工作。
