曾有一家知名外企來大學里招聘，當時共有800多人參加了他們的宣講會，但是需要在大會結束的同時留下1/3的學生準備下一輪的選拔。大家都很好奇外企如何快速發(fā)現(xiàn)人才，因為就算花一整天時間也不可能完成對800多人進行一對一的面試，更何況兩個小時的宣講會？原來關鍵就在于看大家對于座位的選擇。首先，考官會看進場的狀態(tài)，誰坐在前面先留下，最后三排沒希望，不管他如何優(yōu)秀坐角落兩邊的也不要。坐中間的要看聽課狀態(tài)，如果認真并且眼神有互動，積極回答問題也可以考慮，這樣會留下三分之一的同學。然后通過分成幾個小組，組織團體無領導的小組討論，問一個問題，看誰的回答最積極最有邏輯性，誰最具有溝通能力和協(xié)調問題的能力，誰更能夠包容別人……這樣，只用了一個下午他們就選出了適合自己企業(yè)的員工。
