Thetransthoracicechocardiographyrevealedmildconcentricleftventricularhypertrophywithanejectionfractionof55%.Theaorticvalvewastrileafletandshowedmilddegenerativechangeswithoutanysignificantstenosisorregurgitantflow.Themitralvalvewasnormal,withoutanysignificantmitralregurgitationorstenosis.Thepulmonaryarterypressurewasestimatedtobewithinnormallimits.

3.ExerciseTreadmillTest:

Duringtheexercisetreadmilltest,thepatientachievedapeakheartrateof136beatsperminuteandanestimatedmaximummetabolicequivalentof8.3.Thetestwasterminatedduetosymptomsofchestpainandshortnessofbreath.

4.CoronaryAngiography:

Thecoronaryangiographyrevealed70%narrowingofthemid-leftanteriordescendingcoronaryarteryandfocalstenosisoftherightcoronaryartery.Theleftcircumflexcoronaryarterywasnormal.Thepatientunderwentsuccessfulpercutaneouscoronaryinterventionwithstentplacementinthemid-LADandproximalRCA.

Conclusion:

Thepatienthasevidenceofcoronaryarterydisease,withasignificantstenosisinthemid-leftanteriordescendingcoronaryarteryandfocalstenosisintherightcoronaryartery.Hehasundergonesuccessfulpercutaneouscoronaryinterventionwithstentplacement.Thepatientwillrequireongoingmedicalmanagement,lifestylemodifications,andregularf
