1總則

1.0.1為規(guī)范河北省農(nóng)村氣代煤工程符合安全生產(chǎn)、保障供氣、

經(jīng)濟合理、保護環(huán)境的要求,制定本規(guī)程。

1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于河北省農(nóng)村用戶使用天然氣(以下簡稱燃

氣)作為燃料的新建、擴建或改建燃氣工程的設(shè)計、施工、驗收

及運營維護。

1適用于設(shè)計壓力不大于0.4MPa(表壓)的居民生活、商

業(yè)及工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用氣。設(shè)計壓力大于0.4MPa的燃氣管道工程,

應(yīng)按國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標準的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

2適用于液化天然氣(以下簡稱LNG)總儲存容積(指幾

何容積)不大于120m3的農(nóng)村LNG氣化站。其他燃氣門站、燃

氣儲配站、總儲存容積大于120m3LNG儲存氣化站、CNG供應(yīng)

站等燃氣氣源廠站工程,應(yīng)按國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標準的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

1.0.3農(nóng)村氣代煤工程應(yīng)在不斷總結(jié)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)和科學實驗的

基礎(chǔ)上,積極采用行之有效的新工藝、新技術(shù)、新材料和新設(shè)備,

做到安全實用、技術(shù)先進、經(jīng)濟合理。

1.0.4農(nóng)村氣代煤工程規(guī)劃應(yīng)遵循國家及當?shù)氐恼?,根?jù)鎮(zhèn)、

鄉(xiāng)、村發(fā)展總體規(guī)劃進行設(shè)計,并應(yīng)與當?shù)氐哪茉匆?guī)劃、環(huán)保規(guī)

劃、消防規(guī)劃等相結(jié)合。

1.0.5農(nóng)村氣代煤工程的規(guī)劃應(yīng)以居民生活用氣需求為主,兼顧

商業(yè)及工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用氣需求,做到近期與遠期相結(jié)合,綜合考

慮管道輸送能力及氣源保障能力。

1.0.6農(nóng)村氣代煤工程,除應(yīng)遵守本規(guī)程外,尚應(yīng)符合國家、

行業(yè)現(xiàn)行標準的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語

2.0.1農(nóng)村氣代煤ruralgasreplacingcoal

專指農(nóng)村用戶使用天然氣代替柴、煤等作為燃料。

2.0.2農(nóng)村countryside

縣級及縣級以上人民政府駐地的城市、鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃區(qū)以外的鎮(zhèn)、

鄉(xiāng)、村莊的統(tǒng)稱。

2.0.3居民生活用氣livinggasforruralresidents

用于農(nóng)村居民家庭炊事、制備熱水和熱水供暖用途的燃氣。

2.0.4燃氣燃燒器具gasburningappliances

以燃氣為燃料,用于炊事、制備熱水和熱水供暖用途的燃燒

裝置的總稱,簡稱燃具。

2.0.5燃氣用氣設(shè)備gasburningequipment

以燃氣作燃料進行加熱或驅(qū)動的燃燒設(shè)備或能量轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備。

主要指商業(yè)或工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用戶中的工業(yè)爐、燃氣鍋爐(包括承

壓鍋爐、常壓鍋爐、負壓鍋爐及有機熱載體鍋爐等)和燃氣直燃

型吸收式冷(溫)水機組(以下簡稱燃氣直燃機)等。

2.0.5A無線遠傳燃氣表(物聯(lián)表)gasmeterwithwireless

remote-reading

以微處理器和無線通信芯片為核心,具備內(nèi)置閥門和無線方

式與外部設(shè)備進行數(shù)據(jù)交換及遠程切斷功能的燃氣表。

2.0.6室內(nèi)外分界點indoorandoutdoordemarcationpoint

靠近單戶的室外配氣支管與用戶室內(nèi)燃氣進口總閥門之前管

道的連接點。室外掛表時,指室外配氣支管與表前閥門之前管道

的連接點。室內(nèi)外分界點示意圖見附錄A。

2.0.7低—低壓調(diào)壓器lowpressuretolowpressureregulator

將小于10kPa的低壓燃氣供氣壓力降低至燃具適用的供氣壓

力的裝置。

2.0.8管道燃氣自閉閥automaticshut-offvalveforpipelinegas

安裝在戶內(nèi)燃氣管道上,同時具有超壓自動關(guān)閉、欠壓自動

關(guān)閉、過流自動關(guān)閉功能,關(guān)閉時不借助外部動力,關(guān)閉后須手

動開啟的閥門。

2.0.9耐火極限fireresistancerating

在標準耐火試驗條件下,建筑構(gòu)件、配件或結(jié)構(gòu)從受到火的

作用時起,至失去承載能力、完整性或隔熱性時止所用時間,用h

表示。

2.0.10防火隔墻firepartitionwall

建筑物內(nèi)防止火災蔓延至相鄰區(qū)域且耐火極限不低于規(guī)定要

求的不燃性墻體。

2.0.11防火墻firewall

防止火災蔓延至相鄰建筑物或相鄰水平防火分區(qū)且耐火極限

不低于3.00h的不燃性墻體。

2.0.12彈性敷設(shè)pipelayingwithelasticbending

利用管道在外力或自重作用下產(chǎn)生彈性彎曲變形,改變管道

走向或適應(yīng)高程變化的管道敷設(shè)方式。

2.0.13小型LNG氣化站smallLNGvaporizingstation

以LNG儲罐為儲存設(shè)施,總儲存容積不大于120m3,用氣化

裝置將LNG轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樘烊粴夂?,?jīng)調(diào)壓、計量、加臭,通過管道向

用戶供氣的專門場所。包括橇裝氣化站、瓶組氣化站。

2.0.14LNG橇裝氣化站LNGskid-mountedvaporizingdevice

將LNG儲罐、卸車裝置、氣化裝置、減壓裝置、計量裝置、

放散管、加臭裝置等設(shè)備裝配于一個或幾個橇體上的設(shè)備組合體,

LNG儲罐總?cè)莘e不應(yīng)超過20m3。

2.0.15LNG儲罐區(qū)LNGtankfarm

一個或多個LNG儲罐構(gòu)成的區(qū)域。

2.0.16生產(chǎn)輔助用房Productionauxiliaryhouse

為滿足場站主體工藝生產(chǎn)需要配套的輔助建筑用房。如變配

電間、消防泵房、控制室、值班室等。

2.0.17LNG帶泵罐車LNGtanklorrybeltpump

一種運輸LNG的槽車,槽車上配有卸液用的LNG泵。

2.0.18LNG運輸車LNGtransporters

運輸LNG的工具,本規(guī)程中指LNG槽車、LNG帶泵罐車、

載運氣瓶的汽車。

2.0.19非開挖技術(shù)non-trenchingtechnology

以最小的地表開挖量進行各種地下管線探查、鋪設(shè)、更換和

修復的施工技術(shù)。

2.0.20水平定向鉆施工horizontaldirectionaldrilling

利用水平定向鉆機以可控鉆進軌跡的方式,在不同地層和深

度進行鉆進并通過定位儀導向抵達設(shè)計位置而鋪設(shè)地下管線施工

的施工方法。施工主要分三部分:1、導向孔;2、擴孔;3、管線

回拖。

2.0.21水鉆法施工hydraulicdrilling

一門新興的非開挖施工工藝,利用水鉆在工作坑內(nèi)進行水平

鉆進而敷設(shè)地下管線的施工方法,施工主要分三部分:

1導向孔;

2擴孔;

3穿管。主要適用于土層、穿越距離短、管徑小的非開挖施

工。

2.0.22入土工作坑boreentry

利用開挖入土坑可以發(fā)現(xiàn)入土側(cè)淺層是否有管線及盛放施工

過程中的泥漿。一般開挖深度不低于2m。

2.0.23出口工作坑boreexit

為探查出土側(cè)是否有在建管線及回收水平定向鉆進施工中排

出的泥漿而開挖的工作坑,一般開挖深度不低于2m。

2.0.24鉆進液/泥漿drillingfluid/mud

通常指水和澎潤土或其他泥漿添加劑組成的混合物。

2.0.25導向孔guidehole

水平定向鉆進施工時,在鉆頭內(nèi)裝入定位儀器,利用地面接

收裝置控制鉆頭的方位及深度,并保證在出土工作坑準確出土。

2.0.26入土角/出土角entry/exitangle

在進行水平定向鉆進時,鉆桿鉆入或鉆出地面時鉆桿與地面

的夾角。

2.0.27回擴reaminghole

水平定向鉆進導向孔完成后,需要進行逐級擴孔,將擴孔器

安裝在出土側(cè)鉆桿上,通過入土側(cè)鉆機回拉旋轉(zhuǎn)的作業(yè)方式進行

擴孔工序。一般擴孔直徑為管徑的1.5倍。

2.0.28擴孔器reamer

水平定向鉆進擴孔工序中使用的接在鉆桿柱前端的切削頭。

根據(jù)地層巖性的不同,擴孔器的類別及型號不同:一般地層主要

有切割刀式擴孔器、桶式擴孔器、流道式擴孔器,巖石地層主要

有三牙輪式巖石擴孔器和滾刀式擴孔器。

2.0.29管道回拖pipebackpulling

水平定向鉆進施工時,將待敷設(shè)管道從出土工作坑拉入到入

土工作坑的工作過程。

2.0.30定位儀locatortool

一種用于確定從發(fā)射探頭發(fā)射出來的電磁波信號位置和強度

的電子儀器,也可用于探測地下管線的位置。主要有兩種:一種

是無線儀器,適合短距離,穿越深度較淺的工程,一種為地磁儀

器,適合穿江穿山、穿越深度較深的大型穿越工程。

2.0.31燃氣供應(yīng)單位gassupplyfirms

燃氣供應(yīng)企業(yè)和燃氣自管單位的統(tǒng)稱。燃氣供應(yīng)企業(yè)是指從

事燃氣儲存、輸配、經(jīng)營、管理、運行、維護的企業(yè)。

2.0.32燃氣設(shè)施gasfacility

用于燃氣輸配和應(yīng)用的設(shè)備、裝置、系統(tǒng),包括管網(wǎng)、用戶

燃氣設(shè)施、監(jiān)控及數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)等。

2.0.33用戶燃氣設(shè)施usergasinstallation

用戶燃氣管道、閥門、計量器具、調(diào)壓設(shè)備等。

2.0.34運行operation

從事燃氣供應(yīng)的專業(yè)人員,按照工藝要求和操作規(guī)程對燃氣

設(shè)施進行巡檢、操作、記錄等常規(guī)工作。

2.0.35維護maintenance

為保障燃氣設(shè)施的正常運行,預防故障、事故發(fā)生所進行的

檢查、維修、保養(yǎng)等工作。

2.0.36搶修r(nóng)ush-repair

燃氣設(shè)施發(fā)生危及安全的泄漏以及引起停氣、中毒、火災、

爆炸等事故時,采取緊急措施的作業(yè)。

3基本規(guī)定

3.0.1燃氣質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《城鎮(zhèn)燃氣設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB

50028的有關(guān)規(guī)定。LNG的質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《液化天然

氣的一般特性》GB/T19204的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

3.0.2燃氣應(yīng)有可以察覺的臭味,燃氣中加臭劑的質(zhì)量和加臭

量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《城鎮(zhèn)燃氣加臭技術(shù)規(guī)程》CJJ/T148的規(guī)

定。

3.0.3農(nóng)村氣代煤工程平衡逐月、逐日的用氣不均勻性,應(yīng)由

氣源方統(tǒng)籌調(diào)度解決,且供氣應(yīng)保證穩(wěn)定性和連續(xù)性。

3.0.4農(nóng)村氣代煤工程燃氣管道的設(shè)計壓力分為3級,并應(yīng)符

合表3.0.4的規(guī)定。

3.0.5農(nóng)村氣代煤工程氣源應(yīng)根據(jù)上游氣源情況、氣源至用氣點

的距離、總用氣規(guī)模及設(shè)計壓力等因素,經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較后確定。

3.0.6農(nóng)村氣代煤工程燃氣系統(tǒng)壓力級制的選擇,應(yīng)根據(jù)當?shù)厝?/p>

氣專項規(guī)劃、燃氣供應(yīng)來源、用戶用量及其分布、地形地貌、管

材設(shè)備供應(yīng)條件、施工和運營等因素,經(jīng)過多方案比較,擇優(yōu)選

取技術(shù)經(jīng)濟合理、安全可靠的方案。

3.0.6A采用管道燃氣的農(nóng)村建筑應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《農(nóng)村防

火規(guī)范》(GB50039)的相關(guān)規(guī)定,不得是土坯房、木板房、被列

入近期拆遷計劃和被確定為危房的農(nóng)村建筑及用易燃材料搭建墻

壁、屋頂?shù)慕ㄖ?/p>

3.0.7農(nóng)村氣代煤工程供氣調(diào)壓方式應(yīng)根據(jù)村莊人口、占地面

積、院落的整體布局及上游氣源壓力等參數(shù),經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比選后

確定。

3.0.8農(nóng)村氣代煤工程各級壓力燃氣管道之間應(yīng)通過調(diào)壓裝置

相連。當有可能超過最大允許工作壓力時,應(yīng)設(shè)置防止管道超壓

的安全保護設(shè)備。

3.0.9陰極保護工程應(yīng)與燃氣管道工程同時勘察、設(shè)計、施工和

投運。

3.0.10農(nóng)村氣代煤工程室內(nèi)燃氣管道系統(tǒng)的最高工作壓力應(yīng)

小于0.01MPa,商業(yè)及工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用戶應(yīng)根據(jù)燃氣用氣設(shè)備的

實際參數(shù)確定。

3.0.11農(nóng)村氣代煤工程建設(shè)應(yīng)按照市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施工程有關(guān)建

設(shè)程序組織實施。

3.0.12農(nóng)村氣代煤工程開工建設(shè)前,建設(shè)、勘察、設(shè)計、施工、

監(jiān)理單位法定代表人應(yīng)當簽署授權(quán)書,明確本單位項目負責人。

3.0.13參與農(nóng)村氣代煤工程建設(shè)的建設(shè)、勘察、設(shè)計、施工、

監(jiān)理單位必須具有相適應(yīng)的資質(zhì)。

4計算流量和水力計算

4.1計算流量

4.1.1燃氣管道的計算流量應(yīng)依據(jù)規(guī)劃用氣量,并按計算月、日

的最大小時用氣量計算。該小時最大用氣量應(yīng)根據(jù)所有用戶燃氣

用氣量進行迭加后確定。

4.1.2農(nóng)村氣代煤工程中居民生活、商業(yè)及工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用戶的

燃氣設(shè)計用氣量,應(yīng)根據(jù)當?shù)厝細獍l(fā)展規(guī)劃和用氣量指標確定。

1居民生活的燃氣用量應(yīng)根據(jù)當?shù)鼐用裆畹慕y(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)分

析確定,至少按設(shè)置一臺燃氣雙眼灶和一臺燃氣熱水器或一臺燃

氣采暖熱水爐計算。

2商業(yè)用戶的燃氣用氣量應(yīng)根據(jù)當?shù)氐膶嶋H統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)分析

確定,農(nóng)村公共建筑中的燃氣用氣量可參考對應(yīng)城市公共建筑中

的耗熱指標或規(guī)模來確定。

3燃氣用氣設(shè)備設(shè)計流量應(yīng)按所有用氣設(shè)備的額定流量并

根據(jù)設(shè)備的實際使用情況確定。

2采用熱負荷指標與建筑面積計算

當無建筑物設(shè)計耗熱總量及無設(shè)計已知條件時,燃氣用戶除

應(yīng)考慮炊事及熱水用氣外,供暖耗熱量宜按采暖系統(tǒng)供暖單元圍

護結(jié)構(gòu)耗熱量計算或按建筑面積估算。

居民用戶燃氣灶具及燃氣熱水器應(yīng)按式(4.1.5-1)計算確定。

采暖熱水爐供暖單元圍護結(jié)構(gòu)耗熱量計算時宜符合現(xiàn)行國家標準

《民用建筑供暖通風與空氣調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB50736和河北省現(xiàn)

行建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計標準的規(guī)定。

3民用建筑供暖按建筑面積估算時宜符合下列規(guī)定:

1)供暖熱指標可根據(jù)建筑物類型按現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《城

鎮(zhèn)供熱管網(wǎng)設(shè)計規(guī)范》CJJ34的規(guī)定選取或按室內(nèi)溫升

速率6K/h~8K/h計算。

2)民用建筑供暖系統(tǒng)燃氣計算流量可按下式計算:

4.2水力計算

4.2.1燃氣管道的管徑應(yīng)本著合理利用壓力降的原則,在水力

計算的基礎(chǔ)上確定;管道末端壓力應(yīng)滿足用戶的用氣需求或設(shè)備

的進口壓力要求。

4.2.2低壓燃氣管道單位長度的摩擦阻力損失應(yīng)按下式計算:

4.2.4室外燃氣管道的局部阻力損失可按燃氣管道摩擦阻力損

失的5%~10%進行計算;室內(nèi)燃氣管道的局部阻力損失宜按實際

情況計算。

4.2.5當有調(diào)壓設(shè)施供應(yīng)低壓燃氣時,室內(nèi)低壓燃氣管道允許

的阻力損失,應(yīng)根據(jù)建筑物和室外管道情況,經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較后

確定。

4.2.6計算低壓燃氣管道阻力損失時,對地形高差大應(yīng)考慮因高

程差引起的附加壓力。附加壓力可按下式計算:

5室外燃氣工程設(shè)計

5.1一般規(guī)定

5.1.1本章適用于農(nóng)村室外的燃氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(不包括氣源廠站),

即從氣源廠站外或上游氣源供氣干管支線的起點至室內(nèi)外分界點

的所有管道及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施。

5.1.2燃氣管道不應(yīng)通過軍事設(shè)施、易燃易爆倉庫、國家重點

文物保護單位的安全保護區(qū)、飛機場、火車站、海(河)港碼頭。

5.1.3燃氣干管的布置,應(yīng)根據(jù)用戶用量及其分布,全面規(guī)劃,

并宜按逐步形成環(huán)狀管網(wǎng)供氣進行設(shè)計。

5.1.4燃氣干管應(yīng)避免設(shè)置在不良地質(zhì)區(qū)域,當確需設(shè)置時,

應(yīng)采取有效的安全防護措施。

5.1.4A農(nóng)村燃氣管道可采取埋地和架空等方式敷設(shè)。

5.1.5調(diào)壓裝置宜采用調(diào)壓箱、調(diào)壓柜,且應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準

《城鎮(zhèn)燃氣調(diào)壓箱》GB27791的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

5.1.6燃氣管道穿跨越應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《城鎮(zhèn)燃氣設(shè)計規(guī)

范》GB50028和現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《城鎮(zhèn)燃氣管道穿跨越工程技術(shù)規(guī)

程》CJJ/T250的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

5.1.7鋼質(zhì)燃氣管道和鋼質(zhì)附屬設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)環(huán)境條件和燃氣管

道的重要程度采取腐蝕控制措施。

5.2管材

5.2.1燃氣管道所用管道材料的選擇,應(yīng)根據(jù)管道的使用條件

(設(shè)計壓力、溫度、介質(zhì)特性、使用地區(qū)等)、材料的焊接性能等

因素,經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較后確定。

5.2.2室外燃氣管道宜采用鋼管或聚乙烯管(PE管),低壓庭院

架空管道可采用熱浸鍍鋅鋼管。當采用其他類型管材時,應(yīng)符合

現(xiàn)行國家標準《城鎮(zhèn)燃氣設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB50028中的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

5.2.3鋼管或聚乙烯管管材選擇應(yīng)符合下列要求:

1鋼管應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《石油天然氣工業(yè)管線輸送系統(tǒng)

用鋼管》GB/T9711、《輸送流體用無縫鋼管》GB/T8163、《低壓

流體輸送用焊接鋼管》GB/T3091(管道材料鋼牌號不應(yīng)低于

Q235B)或不低于上述標準相應(yīng)技術(shù)要求的其他鋼管標準的規(guī)定。

2聚乙烯燃氣管應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《燃氣用埋地聚乙烯

(PE)管道系統(tǒng)第1部分:管材》GB/T15558.1的規(guī)定。

5.2.4穿跨越燃氣管道的材料選擇應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《城鎮(zhèn)

燃氣管道穿跨越工程技術(shù)規(guī)程》CJJ/T250的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

5.2.5鋼質(zhì)燃氣管道的最小公稱壁厚不應(yīng)小于表5.2.5的規(guī)定。

5.3管道附件

5.3.1燃氣管道附件的材料等級不得低于連接管道的材料等級。

壓力管道元件應(yīng)由具有國家安全制造許可資格的生產(chǎn)廠家生產(chǎn)和

制造。

5.3.2燃氣管道附件的設(shè)計和選用應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1鋼制管件應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《鋼制對焊管件類型與參

數(shù)》GB/T12459、《鋼制對焊管件技術(shù)規(guī)范》GB/T13401的有關(guān)

規(guī)定。管件的材質(zhì)不低于連接管道的材質(zhì)。

2鋼質(zhì)管法蘭的選用應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《鋼制管法蘭》

GB/T9112~GB/T9124或現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《鋼制管法蘭、墊片、緊

固件》HG/T20592~HG/T20635,或不低于上述標準相應(yīng)技術(shù)要

求的其他標準的規(guī)定,法蘭、墊片和緊固件應(yīng)考慮介質(zhì)特性配套

選用。

3鋼質(zhì)燃氣管道宜采用焊接或法蘭連接。管道公稱直徑不大

于DN50的低壓架空鋼質(zhì)燃氣管道,可采用螺紋連接。螺紋管件的

選擇應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《55°密封管螺紋第2部分:圓錐內(nèi)螺紋

與圓錐外螺紋》GB/T7306.2、《可鍛鑄鐵管路連接件》GB/T3287

的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

4絕緣法蘭、絕緣接頭的選用應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《絕緣接

頭與絕緣法蘭技術(shù)規(guī)范》SY/T0516的規(guī)定。

5聚乙烯管件應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《燃氣用埋地聚乙烯

(PE)管道系統(tǒng)第2部分:管件》GB/T15558.2的有關(guān)規(guī)定。鋼

塑轉(zhuǎn)換管件應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《燃氣用聚乙烯管道系統(tǒng)的機械

管件第1部分:公稱外徑不大于63mm的管材用鋼塑轉(zhuǎn)換管件》

GB/T26255.1和《燃氣用聚乙烯管道系統(tǒng)的機械管件第2部分:

公稱外徑大于63mm的管材用鋼塑轉(zhuǎn)換管件》GB/T26255.2中的有

關(guān)規(guī)定。

6燃氣使用的鋼制閥門應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《石油、石化及

相關(guān)工業(yè)用的鋼制球閥》GB/T12237、現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《建筑用手

動燃氣閥門》CJ/T180或《燃氣管道用銅制球閥和截止閥》JB/T

11492的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

7波紋補償器應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《金屬波紋管膨脹節(jié)通用

技術(shù)條件》GB/T12777中的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

8聚乙烯(PE)閥門應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《燃氣用埋地聚

乙烯(PE)管道系統(tǒng)第3部分:閥門》GB/T15558.3中的有關(guān)規(guī)

定。閥體應(yīng)采用PE100聚乙烯制造。

5.4調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)

5.4.1調(diào)壓器的設(shè)置應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1調(diào)壓器應(yīng)能滿足進口燃氣的最高、最低壓力的要求。

2調(diào)壓器的壓力差應(yīng)根據(jù)調(diào)壓器前燃氣管道的最低設(shè)計壓

力與調(diào)壓器后燃氣管道設(shè)計壓力的差值確定。

3調(diào)壓器的計算流量應(yīng)按該調(diào)壓器所承擔的管網(wǎng)小時最大

通過量的1.2倍確定。

4在調(diào)壓器燃氣入口處應(yīng)設(shè)置過濾器。

5在調(diào)壓器燃氣入口(或出口)處,應(yīng)設(shè)防止燃氣出口壓力

過高的安全保護裝置(當調(diào)壓器本身帶有安全保護裝置時可不

設(shè))。

6調(diào)壓器的安全保護裝置宜采用人工復位型。安全保護(放
