5.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon30days'writtennoticetotheotherparty.

5.2ThefollowingcircumstancesshallbedeemedasterminationofthisContractbytheEmployer:

(1)TheEmployeeisfoundtohaveviolatedthelawsandregulationsortheEmployer'sinternalregulations;

(2)TheEmployee'sworkperformancedoesnotmeettherequirements,andtheEmployeefailstocorrectthesituationafterbeingnotifiedbytheEmployer.

5.3ThefollowingcircumstancesshallbedeemedasterminationofthisContractbytheEmployee:

(1)TheEmployerfailstoprovidetheagreedsalaryandbenefits;

Article7:DisputeResolution
