TheCommercialPropertyinsurancemarketcontinuestoimprovein2025,withpremiumincreasesslowingdownto2.9%,a50%decreasefromQ42024.DespitetheJanuarywildfiresinCalifornia,newunderwriterflexibilityoncommercialpropertyriskshasresultedinbettertermsonrenewal,includinglowerdeductiblesorhigherlimitsandsublimits.
