Generaltechnicalspecificationformediumandlowspeedmaglevvehicles
1Scope
Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalspecificationformediumandlowspeedmaglevvehiclesfromthe
followingaspects:workingconditions,maintechnicalspecificationsofvehicle,basicrequirements,vehicle
typeandtrainformation,carbodyandinteriorequipment,levitationstock,electricalsystem,tractionsystem,
levitationandguidancesystem,brakingsystem,airsupplysystem,controlanddiagnosissystem,locationand
velocitydetectingsystem,airconditioningandventilationsystem,communicationandpassengerinformation
system,safetyfacilities,testandacceptance,marking,aswellastransportationandqualitywarranty
period.
Thisstandardisapplicabletothemediumandlowspeedmaglevvehicles(hereinafterreferredtoasthe
"vehicles").

Forthepurposeofthisdocument,thefollowingtermsanddefinitionsapply.
3.1Mediumandlowspeedmaglevvehicle
Therailtransportvehicleofwhichthenormalconductivemagneticlevitationtechnologyisadoptedto
achievethelevitationandguidance,thelinearinductionmotorisusedtoachievethetractionandelectricbraking
andthemaximumrunningspeedis120km/h.
3.2Electromagnetforlevitation
Theelectromagnetthatmayproducethecontrollableelectromagneticforceundertheeffectofexciting
currenttoperformtheelectromagneticlevitationandguidancefunctions.Itmainlyconsistsoftheexcitationcoil,
poleplateandironcore.
3.3Levitationgap
TheverticaldistancebetweenthemagneticpolefaceofelectromagnetandtheundersurfaceofF-shapedrail
inthelevitationstateofthevehicle.專用
3.4Levitationandguidancecontrol
Bydetectingthesignalsoflevitationgap,verticalaccelerationofmagnetandsoon,thefeedback
controlofexcitingcurrentofelectromagnetforlevitationisachievedandthelevitationforceisadjusted
soastomaintaintheallowablelevitationgap.Whentheelectromagnetforlevitationlaterallydeviates
fromtheF-shapedrail,thelateralcomponentoflevitationforcecanmakeitreturntonormalposition

3.5Levitationbogie
Themechanicalstructuraldevicewhichisusedtosupportthecarbodyandtransmitthelevitation,guidance,
tractionandbrakingforce,andhasthefunctionofmechanicaldecouplingtoadaptthetrackcurveandirregular
tolerances.
3.6Forcedguidancedevice
Theadjustingdevicethatmakestheelectromagnetmoduleforlevitationfittothetrackcurve,andguarantees
thatthevehiclepassesthroughthecurvesmoothly.
3.7Levitationstock
Thepartofthevehicleusedforperformingthefunctionsoflevitation,guidance,traction,brakingandrunning
ofthevehicle.
3.8Locationandvelocitydetectingdevice
Theequipmentinstalledonthevehiclewhichisusedforthespeedmeasurement,locationand

directiondetection,andrealizethefeedbackcontrolandoperationcontroloftractionandbrakingof
thetrain.
3.9Reference
Themeasurementreferencepointforcontrollingthesizeofeverypartofvehicleandtherelationofthe
relativepositionsbetweenthevehicleandtrack.
3.10Mediumandlowspeedmaglevtrack
Thefixedstructureusedtosupportandguidethetraintorun,whichincludestheF-shapedsection
ofmagneticconductivitystructureandinductionmetalplateonitsuppersurface.Besidesthefunctions
towithstandandtransmitthegravity,guidanceforce,tractionforceandbrakingforceoftrain,thefixed
structurestillhasthefunctionsoflevitation,guidance,traction,brakingandlevitationgapmeasurementby
combiningwiththeelectromagnet,linearinductionmotorandsensorequippedonthevehicletoformthe
electromagneticloop.
3.11Trackgauge
Thedistancebetweenthecentersoflevitationmagneticpolefaceonthetwosidesofrail.
4Workingconditions專用
4.1Environmentalcondition
4.1.1Thenormaloperatingelevationdoesnotexceed1200m.
4.1.2Theambienttemperatureis-25℃to40℃.
4.1.3Themonthlyaveragemaximumrelativehumidityofthemonthwithhighestrelativehumidityisnotgreater
than90%(themonthlyaverageminimumtemperatureofthemonthis25℃).
4.1.4Thevehicleshallwithstandtheinroadsofwind,sand,rain,snow,andthecorrosioncausedbycleaning

4.1.5Intermsofdifferentclimaticconditionsindifferentcitiesandregions,theuserandthemanufacturermay
setdownseparateprovisionsfortheenvironmentalconditionsforuseinthecontract.
4.2Linecondition
4.2.1Thetrackgaugeofline:2000mm.
4.2.2Theminimumradiusofhorizontalcurve:mainline:100m,auxiliaryline:75m.
4.2.3Theminimumradiusofverticalcurve:1000m.
4.2.4Maximumgradient:70‰.
4.3Powersupplyconditions
4.3.1Current-collectionmode:Currentcollectionofcontactrail-currentcollector.
4.3.2Powersupplysystem:ThevoltageofthepowersupplysystemisDC1500V(thevoltagefluctuationrange
is:DC1000Vto1800V).
4.3.3Thetractionsubstation,contactrailandpowersupplyprotectivedeviceinthepowersupplysystemshall
meettherequirementsgiveninGB/T10411.

5Maintechnicalspecificationsofvehicle
ThemaintechnicalspecificationsofvehicleshouldbeinaccordancewiththosespecifiedinTable1.When
itisneededtoadoptotherspecificationsintheproject,theuserandthesuppliermaysetdownseparateprovisions
inthecontract.
