2010年公共英語三級寫作范文薈萃

英文書信的寫作

I.英文書信寫作的五項基本原則

這五項基本原則是:consideration,conciseness,clarity,courtesy,

correctnesso即:體貼、簡明、清晰、禮貌、正確。

II.英文書信的結(jié)構(gòu)

1.信頭(Heading):包括寫信人地址和寫信日期。位置在信箋的

右上角。地址從小到大,按單位換行,比如第一行寫門牌號和街道,

第二行寫城市和省(州),第三行寫國家和郵政編碼。日期按照下列格

式:June1,2000(美國),1June,2000(英國),

2.封內(nèi)地址(InsideAddress):如果是比較正式的信函,信箋上還

要寫上對收信人的稱呼和他的地址。它一般位于信頭的下方,信箋的

左邊頂格的位置。

3.稱呼(salutation):封內(nèi)地址低兩行,靠左邊頂格自成一行。如

果是公函,則稱呼對方的職位,如果是一般朋友則可稱呼為Mydear

XX,如果是比較熟悉的朋友則可以用DearXX。

4.正文(Thebody):有什么寫什么即可。但注意五項基本原則。

5.結(jié)尾詞和簽名(ComplmentarycloseandSignature):一般信函的

結(jié)尾詞用Yourssincerely/truely/faithfully)o如果是公函則以Yours

respectfully結(jié)尾為多。親密一些的私人信件則可以根據(jù)情況以Yours

ever/affectionaely,love,等結(jié)尾。

結(jié)尾詞下方要求手寫簽名,手寫簽名下方打印簽名。

6.附件和再啟(EnclosureandPostscript)

如果有附件,則可以按照這樣的格式寫:Enclosure:XXXo如果

有另外的事情需要補(bǔ)充,則可以用PS開頭,表示“乂啟,乂及”的意

思。

7.信封的格式(superscription):寫信人的姓名地址位于信封左上

角(或信封背面中上方)。收信人的姓名地址位于信封中央或偏右。

8.收轉(zhuǎn):在收信人姓名下方寫上收轉(zhuǎn)人的姓名,并在前面寫上

c/o字樣
