中英版運輸協(xié)議書甲方（托運方）：名稱：法定代表人：地址：聯(lián)系方式：乙方（承運方）：名稱：法定代表人：地址：聯(lián)系方式：鑒于甲方有貨物運輸需求，乙方具備相應(yīng)的運輸能力，雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商，依據(jù)《中華人民共和國民法典》等相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，就甲方貨物運輸事宜達成如下協(xié)議：一、運輸標(biāo)的物或服務(wù)具體描述1.貨物詳情甲方委托乙方運輸?shù)呢浳锇ǖ幌抻赱貨物名稱1]、[貨物名稱2]等，具體貨物清單以每次運輸任務(wù)下達的托運單為準(zhǔn)。貨物的數(shù)量、規(guī)格、重量、體積等詳細信息應(yīng)在托運單中明確填寫。2.運輸路線運輸路線為從甲方指定的發(fā)貨地運輸至乙方指定的收貨地。具體路線為：從[發(fā)貨地詳細地址]出發(fā)，途經(jīng)[途經(jīng)地點1]、[途經(jīng)地點2]等，最終到達[收貨地詳細地址]。如因不可抗力或其他特殊原因需要變更運輸路線，乙方應(yīng)提前通知甲方，并經(jīng)甲方書面同意。3.運輸方式乙方應(yīng)根據(jù)貨物的性質(zhì)、數(shù)量、運輸距離等因素，選擇合適的運輸方式，包括但不限于公路運輸、鐵路運輸、航空運輸?shù)?。在運輸過程中，乙方應(yīng)確保貨物的安全，采取必要的防護措施，防止貨物損壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生。二、雙方權(quán)利義務(wù)（一）甲方權(quán)利義務(wù)1.權(quán)利有權(quán)要求乙方按照本協(xié)議約定的時間、路線、方式等將貨物安全運輸至指定地點。有權(quán)對乙方的運輸服務(wù)進行監(jiān)督和檢查，如發(fā)現(xiàn)乙方存在違約行為，有權(quán)要求乙方承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。在貨物運輸過程中，如因乙方原因?qū)е仑浳飺p壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生，甲方有權(quán)要求乙方按照貨物的實際價值進行賠償。2.義務(wù)按照本協(xié)議約定向乙方支付運輸費用。如實向乙方提供貨物的詳細信息，包括貨物名稱、數(shù)量、規(guī)格、重量、體積、包裝等，確保乙方能夠準(zhǔn)確了解貨物情況，以便采取相應(yīng)的運輸措施。在貨物交付乙方前，負責(zé)對貨物進行妥善包裝，確保貨物在運輸過程中不受損壞。包裝應(yīng)符合國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)規(guī)范，如因甲方包裝不善導(dǎo)致貨物損壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生，甲方應(yīng)自行承擔(dān)責(zé)任。提前通知乙方貨物的發(fā)貨時間、地點等信息，以便乙方安排運輸車輛和人員。如因甲方通知不及時導(dǎo)致乙方無法按時運輸貨物，甲方應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的責(zé)任。（二）乙方權(quán)利義務(wù)1.權(quán)利有權(quán)要求甲方按照本協(xié)議約定支付運輸費用。在運輸過程中，如因不可抗力或其他不可預(yù)見、不可避免的原因?qū)е仑浳飺p壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生，乙方有權(quán)要求甲方承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的損失。根據(jù)貨物的性質(zhì)、數(shù)量、運輸距離等因素，合理選擇運輸方式和運輸工具，并確保運輸工具符合安全運輸要求。2.義務(wù)按照本協(xié)議約定的時間、路線、方式等將貨物安全運輸至指定地點。如因乙方原因?qū)е仑浳镂茨馨磿r、安全運輸至指定地點，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。在運輸過程中，負責(zé)對貨物進行妥善保管和照料，采取必要的防護措施，防止貨物損壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生。如因乙方保管不善導(dǎo)致貨物損壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生，乙方應(yīng)按照貨物的實際價值進行賠償。同時，乙方應(yīng)確保貨物在運輸過程中的安全，不得將貨物交給無關(guān)人員或車輛運輸，不得擅自改變運輸路線或運輸方式。在運輸過程中，如發(fā)生貨物損壞、滅失等情況，乙方應(yīng)及時通知甲方，并提供相關(guān)證明材料。同時，乙方應(yīng)積極采取措施，協(xié)助甲方處理貨物損失事宜，盡量減少甲方的損失。按照國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和行業(yè)規(guī)范，辦理貨物運輸所需的各種手續(xù)，如運輸許可證、保險等。如因乙方未辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)導(dǎo)致貨物運輸受阻或產(chǎn)生其他法律問題，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任。定期向甲方反饋貨物運輸情況，包括貨物的運輸進度、預(yù)計到達時間等信息。如因運輸情況發(fā)生變化，乙方應(yīng)及時通知甲方，并說明原因和預(yù)計到達時間的調(diào)整情況。三、運輸費用及支付方式1.運輸費用運輸費用根據(jù)貨物的重量、體積、運輸距離等因素計算，具體費用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：[每重量單位/每體積單位/每運輸公里]的運輸費用為[X]元。每次運輸任務(wù)的運輸費用以雙方確認的托運單為準(zhǔn)。2.支付方式甲方應(yīng)在貨物運輸完成并驗收合格后的[X]個工作日內(nèi)，將運輸費用支付至乙方指定的銀行賬戶。乙方應(yīng)在收到運輸費用后，向甲方開具合法有效的發(fā)票。四、違約責(zé)任1.甲方違約責(zé)任如甲方未按照本協(xié)議約定向乙方支付運輸費用，每逾期一日，應(yīng)按照未支付金額的[X%]向乙方支付違約金。逾期超過[X]日的，乙方有權(quán)暫停運輸服務(wù)，并要求甲方支付已運輸貨物的費用及違約金。如甲方提供的貨物信息不準(zhǔn)確或包裝不善導(dǎo)致貨物損壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生，甲方應(yīng)自行承擔(dān)責(zé)任，并賠償乙方因此遭受的損失。如甲方擅自變更運輸路線或運輸方式，導(dǎo)致乙方增加運輸成本或產(chǎn)生其他損失時，甲方應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的賠償責(zé)任。2.乙方違約責(zé)任–如乙方未按照本協(xié)議約定的時間、路線、方式等將貨物安全運輸至指定地點，每逾期一日，應(yīng)按照本次運輸費用的[X%]向甲方支付違約金。逾期超過[X]日的，甲方有權(quán)解除本協(xié)議，并要求乙方返還已支付的運輸費用，同時乙方應(yīng)按照本次運輸費用的[X%]向甲方支付違約金，并賠償甲方因此遭受的損失。如因乙方保管不善或運輸過程中操作不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致貨物損壞、滅失等情況發(fā)生，乙方應(yīng)按照貨物的實際價值進行賠償。如貨物已購買保險，乙方應(yīng)協(xié)助甲方辦理保險理賠手續(xù)，保險理賠不足部分由乙方補足。如乙方擅自將貨物交給無關(guān)人員或車輛運輸，或擅自改變運輸路線或運輸方式，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任，并賠償甲方因此遭受的損失。同時，甲方有權(quán)解除本協(xié)議，并要求乙方返還已支付的運輸費用。如乙方未按照國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和行業(yè)規(guī)范辦理貨物運輸所需的各種手續(xù)，導(dǎo)致貨物運輸受阻或產(chǎn)生其他法律問題，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任，并賠償甲方因此遭受的損失。五、爭議解決1.本協(xié)議的簽訂、履行、解釋及爭議解決均適用中華人民共和國法律。2.雙方在履行本協(xié)議過程中如發(fā)生爭議，應(yīng)首先通過友好協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均有權(quán)向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院提起訴訟。六、其他條款1.本協(xié)議自雙方簽字（或蓋章）之日起生效，有效期為[X]年。協(xié)議期滿后，雙方如無異議，則本協(xié)議自動延續(xù)[X]年。2.本協(xié)議一式兩份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。3.本協(xié)議未盡事宜可由雙方另行簽訂補充協(xié)議，補充協(xié)議與本協(xié)議具有同等法律效力。補充協(xié)議與本協(xié)議不一致的地方，以補充協(xié)議為準(zhǔn)。甲方（蓋章）：法定代表人（簽字）：簽訂日期：年月日乙方（蓋章）：法定代表人（簽字）：簽訂日期：年月日英文版運輸協(xié)議書PartyA(Consignor):Name:LegalRepresentative:Address:ContactInformation:PartyB(Carrier):Name:LegalRepresentative:Address:ContactInformation:WHEREASPartyAhasaneedforgoodstransportationandPartyBhasthecorrespondingtransportationcapacity,throughfriendlynegotiationbetweenthetwopartiesandinaccordancewithrelevantlawsandregulationssuchastheCivilCodeofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,thefollowingagreementisreachedregardingthegoodstransportationofPartyA:I.SpecificDescriptionoftheTransportedGoodsorServices1.DetailsofGoodsThegoodsentrustedbyPartyAtoPartyBfortransportationinclude,butarenotlimitedto,[GoodsName1],[GoodsName],etc.Thespecificlistofgoodsshallbesubjecttotheshipper'sorderissuedforeachtransportationtask.Thequantity,specifications,weight,volumeandotherdetailedinformationofthegoodsshallbeclearlyfilledintheshipper'sorder.2.TransportRouteThetransportrouteisfromthedesignatedplaceofdispatchbyPartyAtothedesignatedplaceofreceiptbyPartyB,specificallyfrom[DetailedAddressofthePlaceofDispatch],passingthrough[RoutePoint1],[RoutePoint2],etc.,andfinallyarrivingat[DetailedAddressofthePlaceofReceipt].Ifthetransportrouteneedstobechangedduetoforcemajeureorotherspecialreasons,PartyBshallnotifyPartyAinadvanceandobtainthewrittenconsentofPartyAbeforemakingthechange.3.TransportationMethodPartyBshallselectasuitabletransportationmethodaccordingtothenature,quantity,andtransportdistanceofthegoods,includingbutnotlimitedtoroadtransportation,railwaytransportat
