TheFireEmergencyResponsePlan(FERP)isacomprehensivedocumentdesignedtoensurethesafetyofallpersonnelwithintheorganizationintheeventofafireemergency.Thisplanoutlinestheprocedures,responsibilities,andactionstobetakenintheeventofafire,includingpreventionmeasures,evacuationprocedures,andpost-emergencyresponse.Theplanisdevelopedinaccordancewithlocalfirecodes,regulations,andbestpractices.

II.ScopeandApplicability

IV.Responsibilities

-FireWarden:Responsiblefortheoverallmanagementofthefireemergencyresponse,includingthecoordinationofevacuationproceduresandcommunicationwithemergencyservices.

-EvacuationLeaders:DesignatedbytheFireWardentoleadevacuationteamsandensurethesafeevacuationofpersonnelfromtheirdesignatedareas.

-BuildingSupervisors:Responsibleforensuringcompliancewithfiresafetyregulationsandtheimplementationofthisplanwithintheirrespectivebuildingsordepartments.

2.FireWarden:EachdepartmentorareaisassignedaFireWardenwhoisresponsibleforensuringthatallpersonnelintheirareaareawareoftheemergencyproceduresandforcoordinatingtheevacuationoftheirarea.

3.EvacuationTeam:Thisteamisresponsibleforguidingpersonneltothedesignatedassemblypointsduringanevacuation.

4.FirstAidTeam:Thisteamisresponsibleforprovidingfirstaidtoinjuredpersonnelandforcoordinatingwithemergencymedicalservicesifnecessary.
