3、英語報種類豐富,競爭對手多,通過常規(guī)的宣傳以及在展位上銷售根本推銷不出去報紙。而新生的宿舍又不對我們開放,因此銷售一度沒有起色。為了改變這種局面,我和伙伴開始分析原因。首先調(diào)查到,之所以不能進(jìn)新生宿舍,是因為擔(dān)心上門推銷會給家長帶來不便。因此我們特意跟新生家長接觸,了解到其實大部分的家長希望自己能購買英語報提高學(xué)習(xí)能力。 因此,我們通過給新生和家長帶路獲得了機(jī)會與他們接觸。而且首先去報不打擾到他們的事情的辦理。再以誠懇的態(tài)度向他們介紹報紙,最終購買。由于方式恰到,最終我們獲得了團(tuán)隊銷售量第一的成績。原因,在遇到困難的時候,不能馬上放棄,而應(yīng)該首先分析困難產(chǎn)生的原因,然后追根溯源找到本質(zhì)問題,一

4、步一步進(jìn)而解決所有的問題,獲得根本性的成功。大三有門課需要做一個案例分析,當(dāng)時小組進(jìn)行討論時,一個同學(xué)一如既往的比較固執(zhí), 緊緊抓住自己的意見不放,不愿聽從大家的意見,而她的理解卻又不那么正確,討論一度陷入停滯狀態(tài)。后來,我通過把案例重點再進(jìn)行疏通,在部分方面肯定她的意見的基礎(chǔ)上向她灌輸我們的思想,最終獲得了她的理解,進(jìn)而完成了任務(wù)。原因為,在當(dāng)有人不能與團(tuán)隊協(xié)商時,最好的方法便是先不要否決他的思想,在贊同的基礎(chǔ)上提出修進(jìn)的意見,這樣更容易被對方所接受,繼而達(dá)到目標(biāo)。I like to communicate with others and learn from. Presumably you are looking for a new job (or any job) because you want to advance your career and get a position that allows you togrow as a person and an employee. Its not a good idea to mention mo ney here, i

40、t can make you sound mercenary. And if you are in the unfo rtunate situation of having been downsized, stay positive and be a* rief as pos*le about it. If you were fired, youll need a good exp lanation. But once again, stay positive.3. Tell me what you know about this company. Do your homework befor

41、e you go to any interview. Whether it*eing the VP of marketing or the mailroom clerk, you should know about the company or business youre going to work for. Has this company been in the news lately? Who are the people in the company you should know about? Do the background work, it will make you sta

42、nd out as someone who comes prepared, and is genuinely interested in the company and th e job.4. Why do you want to work at X Company? This should be directly related to the last question. Any research yo uve done on the company should have led you to the conclusion that youd want to work there. Aft

43、er all, youre at the interview, right? Put some thought into this answer before you have your interview, men tion your career goals and highlight forward-thinking goals and caree r plans.5. What relevant experience do you have? Hopefully if youre applying for this position you have bags of rela ted

44、experience, and if thats the case you should mention it all. Bu t if youre switching careers or trying something a little different, your experience may initially not look like its matching up. That s when you need a little honest creativity to match the experiences r equired with the ones you have.

45、 People skills are people skills after all, you just need to show how customer service skills can apply to i nternal management positions, and so on.6. If your previous co-workers were here, what would they say about y ou? Ok, this is not the time for full disclosure. If some people from you r past

46、are going to say youre a boring A-hole, you dont need to b ring that up. Stay positive, always, and maybe have a few specific qu otes in mind. “Theyd say I was a hard worker” or even better “Jo hn Doe has always said I was the most reliable, creative problem-solv er hed ever met.”7. Have you done an

47、ything to further your experience? This could include anything from night classes to hobbies and sports. If its related, its worth mentioning. Obviously anything to do wi th further education is great, but maybe youre spending time on a home improvement project to work on skills such as self-suffici

48、ency, t ime management and motivation.8. Where else have you applied?This is a good way to hint that youre in demand, without sounding l ike youre whoring yourself all over town. So, be honest and mention a few other companie*ut dont go into detail. The fact that your e seriously looking and keeping

49、 your options open is what the intervi ewer is driving at.9. How are you when youre working under pressure? Once again, there are a few ways to answer thi*ut they should all b e positive. You may work well under pressure, you may thrive under pr essure, and you may actually PREFER working under pres

50、sure. If you sa y you crumble like aged blue cheese, this is not going to help you ge t your foot in the door.10. What motivates you to do a good job? The answer to this one is not money, even if it is. You should be mot ivated by lifes noble pursuits. You want recognition for a job well done. You w

51、ant to become better at your job. You want to help others or be a leader in your field.11. Whats your greatest strength? This is your chance to shine. Youre being asked to explain why you are a great employee, so dont hold back and stay do stay positive. You could be someone who thrives under pressu

52、re, a great motivator, a n amazing problem solver or someone with extraordinary attention to d etail. If your greatest strength, however, is to drink anyone under t he table or get a top score on Mario Kart, keep it to yourself. The i nterviewer is looking for work-related strengths.12. Whats your b

53、iggest weakness?If youre completely honest, you may be kicking yourself in the butt. If you say you dont have one, youre obviously lying. This is a horrible question and one that politicians have become masters at answering. They say things like “Im perhaps too committed to my w ork and dont spend e

54、nough time with my family.” Oh, theres a fi reable offense. Ive even heard “I think Im too good at my job, it can often make people jealous.” Please, lets keep our feet on the ground. If youre asked this question, give a small, work-relat ed flaw that youre working hard to improve. Example: “Ive bee

55、n told I occasionally focus on details and miss the bigger picture, so Ive been spending time laying out the complete project every day t o see my overall progress.”13. Lets talk about salary. What are you looking for? Run for cover! This is one tricky game to play in an interview. Even if you know

56、the salary range for the job, if you answer first youre already showing all your cards. You want as much as pos*le, the emp loyer wants you for as little as youre willing to take. Before you apply, take a look at for a good idea of what someone with your specific experience should be paid

57、. You may want to say, “well, thats something Ive thought long and hard about and I think someo ne with my experience should get between X & Y.” Or, you could be sl y and say, “right now, Im more interested in talking more about wh at the position can offer my career.” That could at least buy you a little time to scope out the situation. But if you do have a specific figure in mind and you are confident that you can get it, Id say go for it. I have on many occasions, and every time I got very close to that figure (both below and sometimes above).14. Are yo
