The animals behavior A. Leopards Chasing gameWe have already see the leopard chasing the antelope, who would run faster than another will be live in the chasing game. If the leopard cant catch the antelope, he will die in hungry. But in chasing time, the leopard have passed a lot of antelopes who are watching this chasing game, why dont the leopard chase the bystanders? Because the leopard knows, if he changes his target to a full energy antelope, he probably would not catch this antelope.B. The division of antsThe division of ants is very specific, we have divided them into four groups, the queen ants, the soldiers, the workers and the male. But if we observe them carefully, we will find a group of ants that they do nothing just wandering around. So we may ask: did the empire of ants also has the hierarchy? We decide to make an experiment, we try to find all these ants and get them rid of the whole ants. After a few weeks observation, we find the efficiency of the whole ants is reduced by 35%. We decide to watch a few more weeks. After two weeks, the strange things happened, the ants who would do nothing but walking around appear again. Through further observation, we found the function of these ants. Their responsibility is to find foods, find the new homeland and also observe the early risk. The decision of king wolfIn the summer of 2009, its extremely dry In the African savannah. Many animals need to fight for food. The wolves and the hyenas could work cooperatively originally, but due to the lack of the food, they need to fight for the remains of bison that has already eaten by the lion. As the pack of hyenas suffer heavy casualties, but they still have the quantitative superiority. At last, there are five hyenas and the king wolf standing in this battlefield. The king wolf has hurt his right back leg in this fight. Facing the five hyenas stepping forward, the king wolf use his mouth to take his back legs apart his body suddenly and rush to the front hyenas bit his throat. After a long time confrontation, the hyenas have retreated.2D. The rebirth of eaglesThe eagles life could be more than 70 years, but after his age is over than 40, his feather on the wings are too heavy to fly, so he need to find a cave to pull the heavy feather out. In spite of the pain hurting him, but the survival desire make him to put up with this progress.3 He will use his beak to pull every heavy feather out his wings. After pull out process, he will eat the meat he has prepared before he went into the cave. After a few days, he will go hunt for some small animals. What we have learnt from the leopardOnce the enterprise established development goal, we should act as the leopard, although the different temptations have showed many times when we chase our goal, we still need to persist in our original goal. The goals will have different stages, the goal should be feasible, like the young leopard couldnt catch the mature antelope. We should make different practicable goals in different stages, but when we chasing one goal, we cant disperse our energy into the hot things on present market. We need to focus on our target on this stage.B. More efficient laborEnterprise organization structure should arrange its own position according to the needs of enterprise goals to set the position. Different positions has different functions, in order to cooperate to realize the goal of enterprise well. The enterprise make employees in different positions to a closer cooperation for one goal. Then the different departments will have good communication and good coordination, the enterprise could have the integrity advantage. The enterprise could not live by someone or some departments. Only did the almost the whole group can work together, the enterprise will have the further development. Ideal enterprise has clear goal, professional division of labor, unified command, coordinated and efficient organization. Whatever the regime of the country is, it should have these three kinds of power institutions. 4 These three institutions should not only has its own responsibility, but also has appropriate cooperation. As we have watched the ants of the division of labor, if some ants do not do his jobs or some ants missing, it will affect the whole systems efficiency. As a leader of enterprise, we must have reasonable arrangement for every department, department should arrange every employee properly according his (her) characteristic/ability/experience. In this way, the enterprise will work more efficient. 5C. Reduce the lossSometimes the enterprise would meet poorly run state, it was due to a department, just like the king wolf has hurt his back leg. We need to act like the king wolf, if its affect the profit of the whole enterprise. We should cut it off cruelty, after all the market like the battlefield, if were softhearted, we may kill by the hyenas. Its called deflating strategy, it always happens in the enterprises one or a few business units are in states of recession. In order to avoid greater losses, we should reduce the investment, cut down the budget even like the king wolf cut his leg, cut down the department which is against the entire enterprise.6D. Face up to the recessionAs we all know, the enterprise has four stages. The most serious South China Normal University 2016 MBA English Paper 8stage we need to face is the recession. Now we not only face to the competition of enemies, the lack of food, but face to deterioration of our conditions. As the eagles, we should pluck up our courage to face the recession, face up to the present problems and think about the solutions. The eagles pull up his feather from wings, the enterprise also should cut off the products which are no longer needed by the market. The leaders should think and discuss about what we should do, make an improved replacement or just cut it off.7 And also we should implement the lean management, the core idea of lean management is to save costs. We need to make more specific standards to every process to reduce the unnecessary waste. The role model enterprise of lean management is TOYOTA.8 Not everything is done after we make the standards, we need to reflect the flaws constantly in each process. After all the standardize process is against the innovation, the higher of the degree of standardization will cause the reduction of the degree of innovation inevitably. As a manager, we should keep thinking about finding a balance between the innovation and the standardization.9 Another solution to face the recession is to change the strategy, the enterprise changes the whole strategy to a new direction and abandon the business that was eliminated by the times.
