附錄附錄A英文原文ABriefDescriptionofLiftTruckSystemDesignMartinW.CrouseAbstract:Inthispaper,dumptruckthroughabriefdesignanalysis,inviewofthelengthofthelargerfeaturesofheavy-dutydumptruck,liftingthesystemfromnodeStructuredesignandhydraulicdesignofthecorrespondingmeasuresfortheliftingofheavytruckdesignacertainguidingfunction.Keywords:heavy-duty;lifting;system1.ThemainstructureofdumptruckDumptruck,includingthestructureofthemainliftsystem,chassis,frame,vice,componentcompartments,2.liftingbodydesignandanalysisHeavy-dutydumptruckliftingsysteminthedesignprocessofthemainissuesthatneedtobeaddressedinclude:liftingformsofselection,intheliftcarintheprocessofstability,beforeandafterthebridge,thereasonablenessofaxle-loaddistributionandhydraulicsystemreliability.Chassisbyfollowingthedesignof7.2metersonconcreteexamplesofthedumptruck,dumptruckliftingmechanismonthegeneralideaofsystemdesign.2.1CompartmentvolumetodetermineinitialChassisinaccordancewiththeparameters:Wheelbase3900mm+1350mm,rearoverhang900mm,setthequalityof17500kg,andthewhole1600mmrearoverhangfortherequesttodeterminecar-size5600mm*2300mm*1500mm.Determinetheinitialcarpositioninthechassisforthecarbackoutoftheback-endchassisframe870mm.Indeterminingtheformoflifting,theneedforfurtheranalysisofCountbeforeandafterthebridgeandaxle-loaddistributionofthecartoverifythelocationofthevehicleinthesecondcategoryisreasonable.2.2determinetheformofliftingLifttruckusedmainlyintheformofF-type,T-style,front-straighttopform.InF-type,T-style,front-straighttopthreeidentifiedintheformofliftingoneofthemostsuitable,weneedthreeconditionsontheanalysisofcalibration.Lifttheformofthethreehasitsownadvantagesanddisadvantagesofpre-straight-topcompactstructure,liftingandhighefficiency.Simpleprocesswithlowcosts.However,afterliftingthestabilityofpoorroadconditionsonthehigher;F-typeandT-typeliftingmechanismagooddegreeofcross-cuttingsteel,smoothliftingsmoothrotation,thefueltankoftheworkpistonshorttrip,buttheliftcoefficientthantheGreat.Inordertodeterminewhetherthechoiceofwhatkindofliftingthemostappropriateform,theauthorofthreecasesweredoneonthetheoreticalanalysis.IftheselectedF-typeandT-typeliftingform,themostimportantofitscalculatedliftcoefficientcomparison.BycalculatingtheF-typeformsofliftingliftingthesmallestcoefficientis1.751,T-typeliftingthesmallestformofliftforcecoefficientis1.799,itisnotideal(usuallyliftcoefficientof1.6to1.7whentheeffectofbetter).ThefrontstraighttopedgeliftingthefueltankTisgreaterthan8tonsofit.TakingintoaccounttheuseofF-typeorT-typeliftingmechanism,veryeasylifting,liftingtheneedforlargetanks,butalsotothetriangulararm,suchasdemandinganddifficulttoachieve.Combinationoftheforegoinganalysis,decidedtoadopttheprefixformofstraightLifttop.Liftingmeasurestoimprovethestabilityof2.3Duetothedesignofthelengthofthelargercar,atthesametime,theuseofpre-straightliftingtopform,sothestabilityofcarisveryimportant,needtotakemeasurestoimprovetheprocessofliftingcarriagevehiclestability,preventtheoccurrenceofvehiclerollover.DumpTruckcarnormallyusedtoconnectthedesignofhingeaxisandsub-frameconnection,theDeputyframethroughtheU-boltsandconnectthemainframestructure.Thedesignwehaveadoptedanewstructure,flatsteel,throughweldingatthesideoffixedwithboltsonthemainframe,thusgreatlyreducingthevehiclescenterofgravitytoincreasestability.AsthecarthroughthehingeaxisandthehingeaxistoachievetheliftingBlockrotation,hingeaxisblocksnowhaveahighdegreeofflatsteeltoreplacetheVice-trailerswillneedtoinstallseathingeaxisframeinthemainbeamonthewingsurfacebelowthemainFrameback-endneedtoinstallaZ-shapedbeamstosupportBlockafterthehingeaxis,Z-shapedbeamthroughtheboltassemblyback-endfixedintheframe,whilethetwo-axishingeasmuchaspossiblethedistancebetweenblockstoincreasetoincreasethecarexampleorstability.Duetothelengthofthelargercar,thedesignwouldhavetoconsiderthestabilityofdevicesusedtoincreasevehiclestability,thestabilityofthecentralunitinstalledontheinsideofthelocationoftheformerside.Carsafetydesignintheframearoundpolebetweenthelongeron,theformofsimple,safe,reliable,easytooperate.Aftertakingintoaccounttheliftingcarriage,BlockDepartmenthingeaxisforceisverylarge,andthereforehingeaxisintheBlockOffice,tostrengthenmeasurestobeadoptedtoincreasethehingeaxisofthesupportseatedge.3.HydraulicLiftSystemDesignPre-straighttop-style,includingthedumpingofhydraulicgearpumps,hydrauliccylinder,controlvalvelift,valvelift,hydraulictanks,piping,liftingmechanism.Hydraulicsystemweuseanadvancedthree-loopsystem.Hydrauliccontrolsystemschematics,.Thedumptruckinthethree-loopsystem,theoilwillflowtothefueltankthroughthevalveassemblytoreturntotheonlycircuitintheoilreturntotank,thepumpwillhelptoguidethevalvethroughaseparateoilcircuitonlybeusedasareturncircuit,becauseinmostexcellentcircuitdesign,thereturnwillbeinstalledincircuitcapacity100gpmusefilterstofilterthedirttoenterthepumptoextendtheuseofpumppartslife.Three-loopsystem,themainadvantagesare:toensurethatcleanoilwillalwayssupplypumps,andnotwhenthedumptruckinthepositionortomaintainonlytherelianceontheoilpumpintheinternalvolum
