中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)2008屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)第1頁(yè)英文原文SwitchedReluctanceMotorsDrivefortheElectricalTractioninShearerH.ChenCollegeofInformationandElectricalEngineeringChinaUniversityofMining&Technology,Xuzhou221008,CAbstractThepaperpresentedthedoubleSwitchedReluctancemotorsparalleldrivesystemfortheelectricaltractioninshearer.Thesystemcomponents,suchastheSwitchedReluctancemotor,themaincircuitofthepowerconverterandthecontroller,weredescribed.Thecontrolstrategiesoftheclosed-looprotorspeedcontrolwithPIalgorithmandbalancingthedistributionoftheloadswithfuzzylogicalgorithmweregiven.Thetestsresultswerealsopresented.ItisshownthattherelativedeviationoftheaverageDCsuppliedcurrentofthepowerconverterintheSwitchedReluctancemotor1andintheSwitchedReluctancemotor2iswithin10%Keywords-switchedreluctance;motorcontrol;shearer;coalmine;electricaldriveI.INTRODUCTIONTheundergroundsurroundingsofthecoalminesareveryexecrable.Oneside,itisthemoist,highdustandinflammablesurroundings.Ontheotherside,thespaceofroadwayislimitedsinceitisnecessarytosavetheinvestmentofexploitingcoalminessothatitisdifficulttomaintaintheequipments.Inthemoderncoalmines,theautomatizationequipmentscouldbeusedwidely.Thefaultsoftheautomatizationequipmentscouldaffecttheproductionandthebenefitofthecoalmines.Thesheareristheminingequipmentthatcoalcouldbecutfromthecoalwall.Thetraditionalshearerwasdrivenbythehydrostatictransmissionsystem.Thefaultratioofthehydrostatictransmissionsystemishighsincethefluidinhydrostatictransmissionsystemcouldbepollutedeasily.Thefaultsofthehydrostatictransmissionsystemcouldaffecttheproductionandthebenefitofthecoalminesdirectly.Thefaultratioofthemotordrivesystemislowerthanthatofthehydrostatictransmissionsystem,butitisdifficulttocoolthemotordrivesystemincoalminessincethemotordrivesystemshouldbeinstalledwithintheflameproofenclosureforsafetyprotection.Themotordrivesystemisalsooneofthepivotalpartsintheautomatizationequipments.Thedevelopmentofthenoveltypesofthemotordrivesystemhadbeenattached中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)2008屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)第2頁(yè)importancetobythecoalmines.TheSwitchedReluctancemotordrivecouldbecomethemainequipmentsforadjustablespeedelectricaldrivesystemincoalmines1,becauseithasthehighoperationalreliabilityandthefaulttolerantability2.TheSwitchedReluctancemotordrivemadeupofthedouble-salientpoleSwitchedReluctancemotor,theunipolarpowerconverterandthecontrollerisfirminthemotorandinthepowerconverter.Thereisnobrushstructureinthemotorandnofaultofambipolarpowerconverterinthepowerconverter34.TheSwitchedReluctancemotordrivecouldbeoperatedattheconditionoflackedphasesfaultdependedontheindependenceofeachphaseinthemotorandthepowerconverter5.Thereisnowindingintherotorsothatthereisnocopperlossinthelossandthereisonlylittleironlossintherotor.Itiseasytocoolthemotorsinceitisnotnecessarytocooltherotor.TheshearerdrivenbytheSwitchedReluctancemotordrivehadbeendeveloped.Thepaperpresentedthedevelopedprototype.II.SYSTEMCOMPONENTSThedevelopedSwitchedReluctancemotorsdrivefortheelectricaltractioninshearerisatypeofthedoubleSwitchedReluctancemotorsparalleldrivesystem.ThesystemismadeupoftwoSwitchedReluctancemotors,acontrolboxinstalledthepowerconverterandthecontroller.TheadoptedtwoSwitchedReluctancemotorsareallthree-phase12/8structureSwitchedReluctancemotor,whichwereshowninFigure1.ThetwoSwitchedReluctancemotorswerepackingbytheexplosion-proofenclosure,respectively.Theratedoutputpowerofonemotoris40KWattherotorspeed1155r/min,andtheadjustablespeedrangeisfrom100r/minto1500r/min.中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)2008屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)第3頁(yè)Figure1.Photographofthetwothree-phase12/8structureSwitchedReluctancemotorThepowerconverterconsistsoftwothree-phaseasymmetricbridgepowerconverterinparallel.TheIGBTswereusedasthemainswitches.Three-phase380VACpowersourcewasrectificatedandsuppliedtothepowerconverter.ThemaincircuitofthepowerconverterwasshowninFigure2中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)2008屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)第4頁(yè)Figure2.Maincircuitofthepowerconverter.Inthecontroller,thereweretherotorpositiondetectioncircuit,thecommutationcircuit,thecurrentandvoltageprotectioncircuit,themainswitchesgatedrivercircuitandthedigitalcontrollerforrotorspeedclosed-loopandbalancingthedistributionoftheloads.III.CONTROLSTRATEGYThetwoSwitchedReluctancemotorcouldalldrivetheshearerbythetransmissionoutfitinthesametractionguidewaysothattherotorspeedofthetwoSwitchedReluctancemotorscouldbesynchronized.Theclosed-looprotorspeedcontrolofthedoubleSwitchedReluctancemotorsparalleldrivesystemcouldbeimplementedbyPIalgorithm.IntheSwitchedReluctancemotor1,thetriggeredsignalsofthemainswitchesinthepowerconverteraremodulatedbyPWMsignal,thecomparisonofthegivenrotorspeedandthepracticalrotorspeedaremadeandthedutyratioofPWMsignalareregulatedasfollows,where,isthegivenrotorspeed,isthepracticalrotorspeed,isthedifferenceoftherotorspeed,istheincrementofthedutyratioofPWMsignaloftheSwitchedReluctancemotor1atktime,istheintegralcoefficient,istheproportioncoefficient,ekisthedifferenceoftherotorspeedatktime,ek-1isthedifferenceoftherotorspeedatk-1time,D1(k)isthedutyratioofPWMsignaloftheSwitchedReluctancemotor1atktime,andD1(k-1)isthedutyratioofPWMsignaloftheSwitchedReluctancemotor1atk-1time.TheoutputpoweroftheSwitchedReluctancemotordrivesystemisapproximatelyinproportiontotheaverageDCsupplie
