1、一、建立和諧、融洽的師生關(guān)系A(chǔ), building a harmonious, harmonious relationship between teachers and students 俗話說:“親其師而信其道?!笨迫卫蠋煂W(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣的培養(yǎng)有很大的關(guān)系。中學(xué)生“親師性”較強,但他們的逆反心理也強。如果他們佩服、喜歡科任老師,他們便對這位老師的課感興趣并分外重視,肯下大氣力,花大功夫?qū)W這門課,反之,如果他們討厭某位老師,由于逆反心理,他們也就不愿意學(xué)這位老師授的課。因此,教師要對學(xué)生充滿愛,多表揚,少批評,并深入學(xué)生,和學(xué)生打成一片,了解學(xué)生的興趣、愛好以及心理情緒的變化,做學(xué)生的知心
2、朋友,建立起相互信任、相互理解、共同進步的良好學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。在課堂上,教師應(yīng)該做到熱愛、尊重、關(guān)心每一個學(xué)生,使每一個學(xué)生都能獲得在課堂上展示風(fēng)采的機會。在這過程中,尤其要善待后進生,要特別注意給們們創(chuàng)設(shè)成功的機會,把合適差生回答的問題留給他們解決。這樣,他們就覺得教師喜歡他們,增強了差生的自信心,學(xué)英語的興趣就會越來越濃,教師就收到了良好的教學(xué)效果,達到了教學(xué)的目的。無論是在教學(xué)還是在與學(xué)生相處的過程中,教師應(yīng)該樹立師生平等觀念,走進新課程中指出:“民主平等是現(xiàn)代師生倫理關(guān)系的核心要求?!盇s the saying goes: close its division and believes th

9、區(qū)別;英、漢文字在音、形上迥然不同;在詞義、詞性上也不能完全對等;英語的詞序、語序與漢語也有所不同;英語動詞時態(tài)、語態(tài)是漢語中所沒有的,這就給中國學(xué)生學(xué)英語帶來了一定的困難。要讓學(xué)生排除母語的干擾,學(xué)會地道的英語不是一件容易的事。我一方面讓學(xué)生多讀、多聽、多模仿來培養(yǎng)英語語感,另一方面讓他們把握住英語與漢語的區(qū)別。然后再讓學(xué)生反復(fù)操練,加深理解,掌握英語的習(xí)慣表達法,在備課時我反復(fù)琢磨學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)中可能遇到的困難,教學(xué)中做到有的放矢。英語動詞的時態(tài)是學(xué)生最感困難的,我就用學(xué)生熟悉的行為動詞造一些簡單易懂的句子,先讓學(xué)生聽懂、會講,然后在不同的情景中使用不同的時態(tài)的句子,讓學(xué)生理解時態(tài)的意義,最后再
10、歸納所學(xué)過的時態(tài)在結(jié)構(gòu)上的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系。這一做法歸納起來就是:聽說領(lǐng)先,讀寫跟上;精講多練,及時歸納;融匯貫通,舉一反三。這個做法收到了較好的教學(xué)效果。此外,記憶單詞是學(xué)生最頭痛的事,這中間有學(xué)生怕吃苦的因素,也有學(xué)習(xí)方法問題。因此,研究教學(xué)方法,教會學(xué)生求知的本領(lǐng),既能使學(xué)生學(xué)好,又不使學(xué)生感到太累。在單詞的教學(xué)上,我從三個方面來指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的學(xué)法:Due to the use of English nationality and han nationality we have a different cultural background, so there is a big differenc

41、們的聽說能力也在大量的語言實踐中得到了提高,又如在教學(xué)字母O與Q時,這兩個字母形狀相似,因此我在教學(xué)中除了強調(diào)O與Q不同點在于O沒有一點,而Q還有一點,我還在黑板上畫了一幅簡筆畫,說明O與Q是兩兄妹,O是弟弟,Q是姐姐,因為姐姐是長辮子的。通過這樣的教學(xué),激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,還加深了對這兩個字母的記憶。Through the above activities for students situational dialogue, students master the sentence patterns more easily, at the same time their listening
