8、t operate it until you read this Manual carefully and understand all instructions herein completely.l Only the authorized and trained professionalnel can install, test, repair and maintain this system.l For many parts of this system, including PCB, when working under line voltage, never touch these
9、parts but use insulated tools.l Never touch those exposed components or live terminal strip screws.l Unless necessary, disconnect all power supplies including possibly live external control power suppy before maintenance.l Never conduct wiring with the power supply connected.l After power disconnect
10、ion, even if the power indicator goes off, the inverter still stores dangerous voltage. Never touch any terminal or screw exposed until the discharge ends. 14、ona.b.The installation of all electrical modules shall be completed; all auxiliary installation tools or lines are removedAs regards the control cabinet, top, car, pit and other parts, there is not any loose screw or wire; all terminals shall be connected firmlySwitch on the Breaker F24, FSAF, FMP,
15、FCD, FBR and FCLT, and check the contents below: L1, L2, L3, N or PE shall not be in short circuit in pair. F24, FSAF, FCD and FBR are in short circuit in pair, but none of them is in short circuit with N or PE. LIT and FCLT are in short circuit, but neither of them is in short circuit with NIT or P
16、E.c. Theamong Line U, Line V and Line W shall be in line with the nameplate of hose and not in shortcircuit with PE.The power cords and power supply of the power distribution cabinet are in normal state.If any abnormal, please conduct troubleshooting, but never try subsequent operation before troubl
17、eshooting. Set Breaker F24, FSAF, FMP, FCD, FBR, FCLT to OFF after all items above are checked completely;d.e.5WarningCheck before power onIt is necessary to check before power on in initial debuggingFailure to observe these notices may lead to equipment damage.Vision:V 1.012nd Feb. 20122.2.2 Power
18、on in OrderFor initial power on, the procedures shall be followed:a.b.Please turn back the emergency recall enabled switch to ON positionSwitch on the Breaker FMP, the inverter will be power on and the power indicator of inverter will be on at this moment; if the inverter is not on, the phase sequen
19、ce of power input may be in error. Switch off the breaker for power distribution box and exchange any two of L1, L2 and L3 for new trial.Switch on Breaker F24, the switch power of 24V will be power on and the running indicator of main control unitwill flicker at this moment.c.d.e.f.g.Switch on Break
20、er FBR, the brakwill be power on at this moment.Switch on Breaker FSAF, the safety line will be power on at this moment.Switch on Breaker FCD, the door moment and light screen will be power on at this moment Switch on Breaker FCLT, lighting circuit and fan circuit will be power on at this moment.Cau

23、20122.3Parameter SettingThe debugger is the main tool for system debugging, there is debugging interface in MCU, CDU and CIU, and itis convenient to check lift state, revise lift parameter, transmit control command and implement fauiagnosis via thedebugger. The operation and the State Page display o
24、f the debugger are defined as Appendix A. After the debugger isconnected into the circuit, the picture below will be displayed:2.3.1Basic SettingEnter basic setting (Parameter Basic setting), edit the following parameters in order for consistence withcurrent items. The basic setting error may cause

It is recommended to set it to item No. so as tofacilitate the debugging Bottom floor Top floo
27、rnel to record lift configuration.In terms of bottom floor and top floor, the bottom station and the top station of current lift have been defined. Ifthere is only single lift in service, theum floors of GTEC188 lift control system shall be 64 and the bottomfloor of bottom lift must be set to 1 in m
28、ultiple lift control. v nominalSet the rated speed of the car in running in mm/S pursuant to the nameplate of the motor supported. For instance,set 1750 which indicates that the rated speed of the lift is 1.75m/s. Group sizeThe group size shall be set according to actual situation and it shall be se
29、t to 1 if the group control function is notused. Theum group size of the single lift of GTEC188 lift control system is 8 lifts.8CautionBottom floor and top floorl For the lift with minimum group number in terms of single lift or group control lift set, the bottom floor must be set to 1.l The differe
30、nt bottom floors and top floors can be set in group control lift set. For instance, the running interval for Lift 1 is Floor 1Floor 10, while running interval for Lift 2 is Floor 2Floor 11.l Blind floor (the leveling cardboard is installed, but the shaft door will not be opened on this floor or ther

The upward button registers upward landing call and the download
47、 button registers downward landing call;If this parameter is set to no, it is usually used for single button situation. The call registered by landing callbutton above main floor is downward call, while the calls registered by landing call button on main floor and below is upward call no matter upwa
48、rd button or downward button is pressed for these landing calls.b.2.3.2Inverter Parameter SettingGTEC188 system supports GTech GTEC-SL3 lift dedicated inverter and Schneider ATV LIFT dedicated inverter.The parameters of two inverters that shall be set and checked before motor turn are introduced as

50、ers, and set the I/O functions of the MCU, CDU, CIU, CEU, LIOP, etc. as ex-factory default values according to the customer setting, but it will not revise the parameters of hoistway teach in trip completed before or those obtained by motor turn. After basic setting completion, the parameters, Setup
51、 ready and Motor turned, will be automatically set as no, the parameters revised will be written into EEPROM of MCU.CautionAdvance door opening and relevelingl Only when SRU is installed can advance door opening and releveling of this system can be used!l USI sensor and LSI sensor shall be installed
