2、rsonnelinvolvein the unloaing of NAOH from tank truck into bulk storage tank RMT04。此程序用于倉庫人員把氫氧化鈉從槽罐車卸載到儲(chǔ)存罐。VOLUME OF STORAGE儲(chǔ)存容量Volume of bulk storage tank is 12000 litres. Volume of NAOH storage shall not excee 10000 litres.儲(chǔ)存容量 12000 升，實(shí)際氫氧化鈉的儲(chǔ)存量不要超過10 ，000 升OCUMENTATION文件A checklist etailing eac

11、ish charging.通知生產(chǎn)部主管生產(chǎn)部是否在加NaOH ，如果生產(chǎn)部正在加NaOH ，應(yīng)停滯卸料直到生產(chǎn)部加完Once sample is approve by QC,Couple the tank truck ischarge flexible hose to inlet line of bulk tank一旦樣本被QC 認(rèn)可， 用快接頭軟管連接貯罐和槽車,take the key from the Warehouse Executive.從倉庫主管處拿來閥門鑰匙11）Open the lock .打開閥門鎖。12）Close han valve to plant an HV1102

12、關(guān)閉到車間的手動(dòng)閥及底閥HV110213）Open han valve from bulk tank to pump an ZS1101打開從槽車到泵的手動(dòng)閥和ZS1101Open the ischarge valve of the bulk tank slowly an check for leaks14）緩慢打開槽車放料閥，檢查泄露15)On the control panel, switch the MOE switch to“ MAN”在控制面板上將開關(guān)模塊轉(zhuǎn)換到“手動(dòng)”16)“ START” pump RMT04P1打開泵 RMT04P117)Observe the ischarge

Stop pump or close valve if there is any leak觀察卸料，檢查泄露。如果有任何泄露立即停泵或關(guān)閉閥門When the ischarge is complete, keep the pump running for 30 secons to remove the air insie pump/line卸料完成后保持泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)30 秒，讓管道中氫氧化鈉盡可能打入貯罐中Close the ischarge valve, valve from soft pipe to pump an ZS1101關(guān)閉槽車放料閥，軟管到泵的手動(dòng)

14、閥和ZS1101“ STOP” pump RMT04P1關(guān)閉泵 RMT04P1Uncouple the flexible hoses over a rum an rain whatever NAOH there is into it. ANGER!
