2、- Solving skills, based on each departments requirements, ED launched Problem-Solving e-Program on Mar.2007.2. Objectives Equip participants with problem-solving skills to effectively manage strategically aligned projects. Offers a general conceptual framework to integrate different skills, and incl

3、udes alternative methods for determining the appropriate solution, and applying guidelines for analyzing a task or problem in order to solve it.3. Training Schedule.DMAIC Problem-Solving4. 6、quisite for completing DMAIC Problem-Solving e-Program. Participants could apply no more than 2 days leave in written format with the approval of their direct manager. Application should submit to the ED prior to the lecture. II) Group PresentationParticipants are required to hand in one related rea

7、l life case, and complete group assignments during the lecture. Their on-going performance will be assessed by Coach group .7. Training Measurement Criteria.III) Individual PresentationAt least one individual project from daily working, which to be solved during this training. The topic of individua

8、l project should be discussed and agreed by the trainee and his/her direct manager and coach team. The presentation will be assessed according to the participants preparation, the presentation manner, and the ability to transfer the knowledge into working environment.IV) Sharing & transfer contribut

9、ion Sharing & transfer contribution will be assessed by direct managers within three months, in which the assessment is supposed to be a continuous process and needs a long term support.7. Training Measurement Criteria.To make the training run smoothly, the participants shouldobey the following rule

10、s:DepositEach trainee is required to hand in a deposit of RMB200, which will be kept by ACCT. It will be returned as long as the trainee finishes the whole training and pass the final evaluation.Any one who absents twice without notice; resign or exit the training before the training finished, misse

11、s the final test will be rejected to return the 200 RMB deposit; Anyone who fails in the final test will be deducted 50 RMB deposit. Evaluation RecordAnyone whose attendance rate is lower than 70% will be not allowed to attend the final evaluation.Passing the final evaluation and with an attendance

12、above 70% will be regarded as finishing the training successfully. 8. Training Discipline.Class disciplineTrainees are required to sign the attendance form each time before the class. Be sure not to sign for others. Trainees should arrive at class on time. Being 15mins late or leave early will be regarded as absence. If trainee has to ask for leave , he or she should in advance inform the trainer by phone or and hand in the leave note (with superiors signature) before the next class. Without the leave note, it will be regarded as absence.Advised to turn off cell phone or
