13、s of the design involve GUI only, the applicant shall submit the view of one side concerned GUI，indicating the size, posi- tion and scope of the GUI in the product.如果外觀設(shè)計(jì)的主要特征僅涉及用戶圖形界面， 則申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)提交所涉及的用戶圖形界面的一個(gè)視圖，說(shuō) 明用戶圖形界面在產(chǎn)品中的大小、位置和范圍。2). Graphical User Interface 用戶圖形界面23Brief Explanation 簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明The appli

14、cant shall indicate the use of the GUIin a brief explanation, the use shall be in accordancewith the use of the name of product.申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明用戶圖形界面的用途，且應(yīng)該 與產(chǎn)品名稱中體現(xiàn)的用途相一致。3). Deferment of Examination 審查延遲24When filing an application for design, the a-pplicant may submit a deferred examination app-lication at the same time.在提交外觀設(shè)計(jì)申請(qǐng)時(shí)，申請(qǐng)人可以同時(shí)提交一份延遲審查申請(qǐng)。
