一旦發(fā)覺(jué)自己心里消失害怕的苗頭,立刻要轉(zhuǎn)移留意力,可以跟身邊的同學(xué)伴侶聊一些輕松的話題,假如是在候考室,可以在腦子里回想口語(yǔ)段子,作文模板等。另外,還可以做幾個(gè)深呼吸,平順心情,把留意力集中在自己的呼吸上,把負(fù)面的想法排解在外。
