arbitrationtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission，ShanghaiCommissioninaccordancewiththerulesinforceofthesaidcommission.ThearbitrationshalltakeplaceinShanghaiandtheawardrenderedbythesaidcommissionshallbefinalandbinginguponbothparties.Thearbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparty.(22)適用法律GOVERNINGLAW:ThiscontractshallbegovernedandconstruedforitsmeaningandeffectinaccordancewiththesubstantivelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.(23)附注REMARKS：（24）補(bǔ)充條款SUPPLEMENTARYCONDITIONS：（25）合同生效EFFECTIVENESSOFTHISCONTRACT：Thiscontractshallcomeinto
