Waterhavearegulatoryroleontheclimate.Atmosphericwatervaporcanblock60%oftheearth'sradiation,protecttheearthfromcooling.Marineandterrestrialwatercanabsorbandaccumulationofheatinthesummer,thetemperatureisnottoohigh;Inthewintercanslowlyreleaseheat,makethetemperaturenottoolow.
