2011年，利用其中山東科技大學(xué)的低溫溶解法技術(shù)在萬(wàn)山區(qū)進(jìn)行中試生產(chǎn)，生產(chǎn)出硫酸銨鉀礦物復(fù)合肥、硫酸鉀、吸收白炭黑等十二種國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)大量需求的緊俏產(chǎn)品，其不溶性含鉀巖石綜合利用后不存在剩余物。中試生產(chǎn)出的系列產(chǎn)品Trialproducts

In2011,weappliedthelow-temperaturedissolutiontechniquedevelopedbyShandongUniversityofScienceandTechnologytothepilotproductionofWanshanDistrict,whichsuccessfullyproducedammoniumsulfatepotashmineralfertilizer,potashsulfate,theabsorptionofsilicaandothertwelvecommoditiesthatareingreatneedinbothdomesticandforeignmarkets.Andwhatworthnotedisthatafterbeingused,theinsolublepotassiumrocksbasicallydonotproduceanyresiduedumps.投入342美元/噸，產(chǎn)出為574美元/噸，利潤(rùn)為232美元/噸。效益結(jié)論為：Conclusion：Withthetotalinvestment342U.S.dollars/ton,wewillgetanoutputofUS$574/ton;theprofitmaybeUS$232/ton.

貴州省科技廳組織國(guó)內(nèi)行業(yè)專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行科技成果論證，結(jié)論是國(guó)際先進(jìn)。為此已獲列入貴州省科技支撐工業(yè)十大產(chǎn)業(yè)振興計(jì)劃。

為大力發(fā)掘萬(wàn)山區(qū)的鉀巖石資源，萬(wàn)山區(qū)政府決定通過(guò)招商引資形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)進(jìn)行規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。

ToexpoitTongren’spotassiumrockresources,theMunicipalGovernmentdecidedtogetintofullproductionthroughattractinginvestmenttoformindustrialgroup.

擬招10家以上企業(yè)，共建10條以上年加工1000萬(wàn)噸以上的生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。

Itaimstoemploymorethan10enterprisestobuildmorethan10productionlineswithayearlyprocessingcapabilityof10milliontons.

按3000美元/噸投入密度,每個(gè)企業(yè)投資額為3億美元，年產(chǎn)值5.7億美元，年利稅1.83億美元。三年內(nèi)可收回全部成本。

Supposetheinvestmentamountis3000U.S.dollars/ton,andeachenterprise’samountis$300,000,000,theannualoutputwillbe$570,000,000withanannualprofittaxof$183,000,000.Theproductioncostwillberecoveredwithinthreeyears.

招商政策：企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用地征地費(fèi)只收取上繳省里和支付農(nóng)戶(hù)的部分,保證工業(yè)及生活用水、用電和通路,所取鉀巖石只適當(dāng)收取其礦山資源補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。
