2021年全球支付報(bào)告

隨著電子商務(wù)的興起,數(shù)字錢(qián)包蓬勃發(fā)展

2020年全球電子商務(wù)增長(zhǎng)加速,交易額達(dá)到4.6萬(wàn)億美元,

比2019年增長(zhǎng)了19%o

2020年數(shù)字錢(qián)包占電子商務(wù)交易量的44.5%,比2019年增

長(zhǎng)6.5%O中國(guó)消費(fèi)者在數(shù)字錢(qián)包方面領(lǐng)先,占電子商務(wù)交

易量的72.1%O美國(guó)數(shù)字/移動(dòng)錢(qián)包普及率落后于全球平均水

平,數(shù)字錢(qián)包占僅電子商務(wù)交易的29.8%,比2019年增長(zhǎng)了

23.7%O

預(yù)計(jì)到2024年,數(shù)字錢(qián)包將占全球電子商務(wù)支付量的

51.7%,信用卡(20.8%)和借記卡(12%)的份額略有下降。

ChangingPOSpreferences

Aswasthecasethroughouttheworld,theeconomicimpactsof

COVID-19werefeltmostacutelyatthepointofsale.Thepandemic

contributedtosignificantdropsinPOStransactionvaluesinIndia

(-8.1%),Singapore(-10.4%),Thailand(-9.2%)andJapan(-7.4%).

Whiletheultimatepathofthepandemicgloballyaddsadditional

uncertainties,stronggrowthisprojectedtoarecoveryof2019POS

volumesbylate2021or2022.Chinaprojects6.2%growthfrom2020

through2024-including9.7%growthin2021-growingtorepresent

overU.S.$22trillionin2024.ThePhilippinesforecaststhelargest

growthrateregionallythrough2024at9.4%,followedcloselybyIndia

(8.9%)andVietnam(8.8%).ThemorematureeconomiesofJapan

(2.8%),SouthKorea(4%)andAustralia(4.6%)projectthelowestPOS

growthratesthrough2024.

Paymentmethodsatthepointofsaleareundergoingadramaticchange

awayfromcashandtowardmobilewallets,aglobaltrendledbyconsumers

inAPACwiththehelpofsomegovernmentinitiatives.InJapan,the

governmentactivelyoffereddiscountsforretailpurchaseswhenconsumers

paidwithanon-cashpaymentmethod.Whiletheshiftawayfromcashwas

inmotionlongbefore2020,thepandemicgreatlyacceleratedthetrend.

2020witnessedlargeshiftsinPOStransactionswithcash,droppingfrom

303%in2019to19.2%in2020,adeclineof36.6%.SparkedbyCOVID-19,

theaccelerateddedineintheuseofcashin2020aloneexceededourpre-

pandemicprojectionsfor2023.

MuchofthePOSspendpreviouslydedicatedtocashshiftedtomobile

wallets.Mobilewalletsshareincreasedby12%in2020,risingfrom

35.9%in2019to402%in2020.Mobilewalletsapproachedathree-

yearaccelerationin2020,nearlyreachingthe45.1%projectedfor2023.

PrepaidcardsalsogainedsignificantPOSsharein2020,risingfrom0.8%

in2019to3.5%in2020.
