第2章ChapterⅡ安裝與接線Installation&Connection本章簡(jiǎn)要介紹PowerSmartTM變頻器的安裝與接線ThechapterintroducesinstallationandconnectionofPowerSmartTMDrivebriefly2.1產(chǎn)品確認(rèn)2.1ProductConfirmation拿到產(chǎn)品時(shí)，請(qǐng)確認(rèn)下表中所列項(xiàng)目：Whenyougettheproduct,pleaseconfirmtheitemslistedinbelowtable:注意：Notice1.受損的變頻器及缺少零部件的變頻器，切勿安裝。有受傷的危險(xiǎn)。1.Donotinstallthedrivethatisdamagedorisindefectofpartsorpieces,orelseyouwillhavedangerofbeinginjured.表2-1Tab2-1確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目ConfirmationItem確認(rèn)方法ConfirmationMethod與訂購(gòu)的商品是否一致WhetherthegoodsaccordwithPleasewhatyouorder.請(qǐng)確認(rèn)PowerSmartTM銘牌confirmthenamebrandofPowerSmartTM是否有受損的地方Whetherthereisdamage.查看整體外觀，檢查運(yùn)輸中是否受損Checkthewholeappearance;checkwhetherthereisdamageintransportation.螺絲等緊固部分是否有松動(dòng)必要時(shí)，用螺絲刀檢查一下otherWhennecessary,checkwithscrewdriver.Checkscrewandfasteningpartsareloose.如有不良情況，請(qǐng)與本公司業(yè)務(wù)部門聯(lián)系。Ifthereunfavorablecondition,pleasecontactwithourcorporatebusinesssector.2.2安裝環(huán)境的要求和管理2.2RequirementsandManagementofInstallationEnvironment2.2.1安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)2.2.1InstallationField安裝變頻器的地點(diǎn)應(yīng)滿足通風(fēng)散熱和操作的要求。變頻器背面離墻的距離不小于600mm，正面離墻的距離不小于1.5米。變頻器頂部（從風(fēng)機(jī)頂部算起）到屋頂?shù)木嚯x不小于500mm。Thesiteofinstallingdriveshouldsatisfytherequirementsofventilation,heatdispersionandoperation.Thedistancebetweenbackfaceofdriveandwallshouldnotbelessthan600mm,thedistancebetweenfrontfaceofdriveandwallshouldnotbelessthan1.5m.Thedistancebetweentopofdrive(calculatedfromthetopoffan)andceilingshouldnotbelessthan500mm.2.2.2環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2.2.2EnvironmentStandard變頻器安裝在電氣室內(nèi)，工作環(huán)境溫度為0～40oC。由于工作中變頻器將散發(fā)出大量熱量（約電動(dòng)機(jī)每100KW散發(fā)出3.5KW熱量），電氣室要配備通風(fēng)或空調(diào)裝置。Driveisinstalledinelectricroomwithoperationenvironmenttemperature0～40oC.Becausethedrivewillgiveoffmuchheat(approximately,motorgivesoff3.5kwheatper100KWduring)operation,electricroomshouldbeequippedwithventilationorair-conditioningdevice.環(huán)境濕度最高為相對(duì)濕度90%，要避免凝露，例如在潮濕季節(jié)，特別是當(dāng)變頻器不工作時(shí)，不要將室內(nèi)溫度降得太低。Themaximumenvironmenthumidityisrelativehumidity90%;condensationshouldbeavoided,forexampleindampseason,especiallywhendrivedoesnotwork,doesnotlowerthetemperaturetomuch.安裝高度應(yīng)小于或等于海拔1000米，若超過(guò)1000米應(yīng)降容使用，請(qǐng)咨詢本公司。Theinstallationheightshouldbelessthanorequalto1000m,whenexceeding1000m,reducecapacityforuse,pleaseconsultwithourcompany.安裝地點(diǎn)應(yīng)無(wú)明顯的振動(dòng)，室內(nèi)僅允許有少量干燥、非導(dǎo)電塵埃，不得有過(guò)量灰塵、腐蝕或爆炸性氣體或?qū)щ妷m埃。Theinstallationsiteshouldnothaveobviousvibration,onlylittledryandnon-conductingdustisallowedinroom,thereshouldbenotoomuchdust,corrosionorexplosiongasorconductingdust.2.2.3防范措施2.2.3SafeguardMeasures安裝作業(yè)時(shí)，請(qǐng)將變頻器蓋上防塵罩，防止鉆孔等產(chǎn)生的金屬碎片落入變頻器內(nèi)部，安裝結(jié)束后，請(qǐng)撤去防塵罩。Wheninstallationoperation,pleasecoverdustshieldondrive,preventmentalfragmentsproducedbydrillingfromdroppingintoinsideofdrive,afterfinishinginstallation,pleaseremovedustshield.各電氣柜底部四角都有地腳螺釘孔，可用來(lái)固定柜體。Therearescrewdownboltholesatfourcornersofeveryelectriccabinet,whichareusedtofixcabinetbody.如果地面不平整，變頻器柜外殼可能發(fā)生變形，由于柜跨距較大，可能導(dǎo)致門發(fā)生錯(cuò)位，甚至無(wú)法正常開(kāi)關(guān)。Ifthefloorisnotlevel,distortionofdrivecabinetshellmayemerge,becausethespanofcabinetisgreat,whichmaycausemalpositionofdoor,andthedoorcannotbeopenedorclosednormally.2.3施工安裝方案2.3ConstructionandInstallationScheme2.3.1設(shè)備的安裝尺寸2.3.1InstallationDimensionofEquipment變頻器的外形尺寸由本公司提供，如下圖所示：Theappearancedimensionofthedriveprovidedbyourcompanyfollowsasbelowfigure:圖2-1Fig2-1A、控制柜ControlCabinetB、功率柜PowerCabinetC、變壓器柜TransformerCabinetD、旁路柜BypassCabinet變頻器設(shè)備安裝時(shí)，考慮通風(fēng)散熱及操作空間的需要，整套裝置背面離墻距離不得小于1000mm，裝置頂部與屋頂空間距離不得小于1000mm，裝置正面離墻距離不得小于1500mm。Wheninstallingdriveequipment,pleasetakethedemandofventilation,heatdispersionandoperationspace,thedistancebetweenbackfaceofthewholedeviceandwallshouldnotbelessthan600mm,thedistancebetweentopofdeviceandceilingshouldnotbelessthan500mm,thedistancebetweenfrontfaceofdeviceandwallshouldnotbelessthan1.5m.所有柜體應(yīng)牢固安裝于基座之上，并和廠房大地可靠連接。變壓器屏蔽層及接地端子PE也應(yīng)接至廠房大地。各柜體之間應(yīng)相互連接成為一個(gè)整體。Allcabinetsshouldbeinstalledonbasefastandconnectedwithworkshopgroundreliably.Theshieldlayerofdriveandgroundingterminalshouldbeconnectedtoworkshopground.Allcabinetsshouldbeconnectedwitheachothersandintoawhole.安裝過(guò)程中，要防止變頻器受到撞擊和震動(dòng)，所有柜體不得倒置，傾斜角度不得超過(guò)30°。Duringprocessofinstallation,preventthedrivefromknockingandshaking,allcabinetscannotbeplacedwithbottomupandangleofinclinationshouldnotbemorethan30°.2.3.2安裝電纜2.3.2InstallationCable電氣安裝主要包括柜體到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的輸入輸出高壓電纜、柜體之間的連接線、柜體和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的控制及信號(hào)線的配線。Theelectricinstallationmainlyincludeshigh-voltagecablefromcabinettofield,connectinglineandwiringofcabinet,on-sitecontrolandsignalline.l定子電源電纜lStatorPowerCable調(diào)速電機(jī)主繞組電纜，該電纜的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至調(diào)速電機(jī)定子繞組端。其電纜的規(guī)格詳見(jiàn)安裝施工示意圖。Oneendofspeed-regulationmotormainwindingcableisconnectedtobypasscabinet;theotherendisconnectedtostatorwindingterminalofspeed-regulationmotor.RefertoInstallation&ConstructionDiagramforspecificationoftheca
