疫情防控期間幼兒園健康監(jiān)測制度Duringtheepidemicpreventionandcontrolperiod,thehealthmonitoringsystemforkindergartensisasfollows:I.Children'sHealthCheck1.Healthcheckforadmission(1)Childrenshouldgotoawomenandchildren'shospitalatorabovethecountylevelinGuangzhouforahealthcheckbeforeadmission,andcanonlybeadmittediftheypassthecheck.(2)Ifasuspectedinfectiousdiseaseisfoundduringthehealthcheckforadmission,thechildshouldbe"temporarilysuspendedfromadmission"andreceivetimelydiagnosisandtreatment.(3)Whenchildrenareadmittedtothekindergarten,the"HealthCheckFormforChildrenEnteringKindergarten(School)","HealthHandbookforChildrenAged0-6",and"ImmunizationRecord"shouldbechecked.Ifachildisfoundwithoutanimmunizationrecordorhasnotbeenimmunizedaccordingtothenationalimmunizationplan,thevaccinationunitinthelocalareashouldbenotifiedwithin30daystourgetheguardiantotakethechildtothedesignatedvaccinationunitforimmunization.Afterthechildhasbeenvaccinated,theimmunizationrecordshouldberechecked.2.Regularhealthcheck(1)Regularhealthcheckforchildrenincludesmeasuringheight,weight,checkingthemouth,skin,heartandlungs,liverandspleen,spine,limbs,etc.,testingvision,hearing,andcheckinghemoglobinorbloodroutine.(2)Childrenover3yearsoldshouldhaveahealthcheckonceayear.Hemoglobinorbloodroutineshouldbecheckedonceayear.Childrenover4yearsoldshouldhavetheirvisioncheckedonceayear.Afterthephysicalexamination,theresultsshouldbepromptlyreportedtotheparents.(3)Childrenwhohavebeenawayfromthekindergartenformorethan3monthsneedtoundergoahealthcheckaccordingtotheadmissioncheckitems.(4)Childrenwhotransfertoanotherkindergartencandirectlytransferwiththe"HealthCertificateforChildrenTransferringtoAnotherKindergarten(School)"and"HealthHandbookforChildrenAged0-6"providedbytheoriginalkindergarten.The"HealthCertificateforChildrenTransferringtoAnotherKindergarten(School)"isvalidfor3months.3.Morningandafternooncheckandall-dayhealthobservation(1)Doadailymorningorafternooncheck.Thecheckincludesinquiringaboutanyabnormalsituationsathome,observingthechild'smentalstate,feverandskinabnormalities,checkingforunsafeitems,etc.,anddealingwithproblemspromptly.(2)ThekindergartenshouldreportthemorningcheckinformationtotheGuangzhoustudenthealthtestingsystembefore2pmeveryday,anddoitinatimelyandaccuratemanner.(3)Conductall-dayhealthobservationonchildren,includingdiet,sleep,urinationanddefecation,mentalstate,emotions,behavior,etc.,andkeepobservationandtreatmentrecords.(4)Healthcarepersonnelshouldvisittheclassroomtwiceadaytofindsickorsuspectedinfectiouschildrenandisolatethemassoonaspossible,contacttheirparents,andpromptlygotothehospitalfordiagnosisandtreatment,andfollowuponthetreatmentresults.(5)Sickchildrenshouldrestathome.Iftheparentsentrustthekindergartentoadministermedication,theyshouldfollowtheregulationsformedicationadministrationanddoagoodjobofdrughandoverandregistration.Theparentsmustsigntoconfirm.II.CommonDiseaseManagement(1)Popularizehealthknowledgethroughhealtheducation,cultivatechildren'sgoodhygienehabits,provideareasonableandbalanceddiet,strengthenphysicalexercise,enhancechildren'sphysicalfitness,andimprovetheirabilitytoresistdiseases.(2)Regularlycarryouteye,ear,andoralhealthcareforchildren,registerandmanageproblemssuchaslowvision,abnormalhearing,anddentalcaries,andurgeparentstotakesickchildrentomedicalinstitutionsfordiagnosisandtreatmentinatimelymanner.導(dǎo)，并暫停幼兒的入園。同時(shí)，要對園內(nèi)人員進(jìn)行排查，確保園內(nèi)沒有患病人員。在排查期間，要加強(qiáng)園內(nèi)衛(wèi)生防控措施，確保園內(nèi)環(huán)境清潔衛(wèi)生，防止病原體傳播。三、傳染病管理(1)、督促家長按照免疫程序和要求完成兒童預(yù)防接種，并配合上級疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)做好本園兒童的常規(guī)接種、群體性接種或應(yīng)急接種工作。(2)、建立傳染病管理制度，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)傳染病疫情或疑似病例，應(yīng)立即向?qū)俚丶膊☆A(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告。(3)、班級老師每日登記本班兒童的出勤情況，對因病缺勤的兒童應(yīng)了解患病情況和可能的原因，對疑似患傳染病的兒童要及時(shí)報(bào)告給幼兒園疫情報(bào)告人。疫情報(bào)告人接到報(bào)告后應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)追查兒童的患病情況和可能的病因，以做到對傳染病人的早發(fā)現(xiàn)。(4)、發(fā)現(xiàn)疑似傳染病例時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)設(shè)立臨時(shí)隔離室，對患兒采取有效的隔離控制措施。臨時(shí)隔離室內(nèi)環(huán)境和物品應(yīng)當(dāng)便于實(shí)施隨時(shí)性消毒與終末消毒，控制傳染病在園內(nèi)暴發(fā)和續(xù)發(fā)。(5)、配合當(dāng)?shù)丶膊☆A(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)對被傳染病病原體污染（或可疑污染）的物品和環(huán)境實(shí)施隨時(shí)性消毒與終末消毒。(6)、發(fā)生傳染病期間，加強(qiáng)晨午檢和全日健康觀察，并采取必要的預(yù)防措施，保護(hù)易感兒童。對發(fā)生傳染病的班級按要求進(jìn)行醫(yī)學(xué)觀察，醫(yī)學(xué)觀察期間該班與其他班相對隔離，不辦理入園和轉(zhuǎn)園手續(xù)。(7)、衛(wèi)生
