在我看來,有四個(gè)緣由:

首先,畢業(yè)生缺乏閱歷。他們大部分時(shí)間都在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)科學(xué)問并且缺乏相關(guān)的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)。畢業(yè)后,除非他們意識(shí)到這一點(diǎn)不然他們很難找到工作。
